Fantastic close, love it when PREM closes on the upside. I still think PREM needs 5-10 million and therefore another general meeting and vote (which would pass very easily) but there is merit in steward's point about potentially Glencore working with Canmax and stepping in to backfill the gap, at least partially. If an RNS with positive results is released within the kext few days than 0.04-0.05 is easily achievable. Not that it matters to me as I am stuck at 0.3 so still down 91%, but happy to see many others making great gains. There is still some hope left for PREM!

This is lovely and very welcome to see a rise for 3 days in a row. But don't you lot think more dilution is required? Or do you believe the funds will come from eslewhere? PREM needs another 5-10 million imo.

Good RNS, a real positive to get the plant kick started again and not just collect dust. Of course finances are still a mess but we're at the point where we'll take any good news and positive price movement we can get. Hopefully we get some momentum into late August/early September. We all know how fast PREM can move with positive catalysts.

GR said: "I would like to see material moving through the plant from roundabout the 5th of July." Mark then added: "And the secondary float plant will be installed by end of August."

I expect an operational RNS by end of next week, fingers crossed for some good news.

Acker, I may be early, but I think Lithium/Spodumeme prices are finally waking up. Global stock piles are still elevated but demand is bound to rise again.

So, basically they will reduce the share count to 7 billion and then start diluting again until they have covered all debts. This plant better work....

Finally some good news! Good appointment as well, with a much more advanced knowledge of engineering, project management and technicals. GR is more of an explorer so this will be a step forward. Next RNS the yearly accounts.

Cheers Ray and Alert. This means, as Alert says, that either PREM can produce with what they will have as currently planned, or another EGM will be required in July to raise more. 7 billion shares left at this share price is peanuts.

The game has been on REPEAT for years, only the newbies with rose tinted glasses don't see it. Kind of feel sorry for the ones "filling their boots" at p0.04, then 0.03 and then at p0.02.

Acker do you also think this raise is not enough and PREM will need at least one more similar round in a few weeks? I defo think so.

And deadlines seem to have slipped so I have a feeling GR will leave before seeing the plant fully installed.

Thanks Alert, looking decent to be fair. According to Jabulani ( I believe it was him speaking and he did a better job at explaining the steps forward than GR has ever done) 10-14 days left for finishing the civils. I await news on fund raising.

You are all absolutely clueless! It is obvious those two holes are for the pedastals that will be installed once the statues of Snowking and George arrive. The plaque on their plynths shall read "Record amount of lies and deceit ever recorded on the LSE. Redefined what dilution means. Broke the trust of many. Will never deliver any value." Jaglith will be buying the wreath of flowers to place at the bottom, thanking both for the massive price drops. Mark from Stockbox will be there at the unveiling. Will be epic.

This is great news albeit very late. Shame for such a large price drop. Does he maintain his shares? How about his loan?

Similar thing for Zulu no? PREM lost their licence back in March 2024. Why no discussions around this? If no EGM by end of May then there is no way the July timeline set out by GR will be met. Unless he is getting funds elsewhere. SC6 price tanking is a bit of a concern but funds and getting the plant to work and actually produce something is the main priority.

Hi Acker, yeah I agree with your assesment. That should be sufficient to purchase and apply the fixes, kick start the plant again plus pay off some of the most urgent debts.

It has to be soon Acker otherwise the deadlines set out in the last RNS/interview will not be possible to be met. How much do you think he will ask to raise?

Bumping this up as a reminder

If GR needs funds to do the pilot run, the EGM will need to be called as soon as possible. Civil works have commenced, parts hopefully arrive to site by end of May. In June they'll already require access to funds so an EGM now makes more sense. The outstanding float is horrendous already though.

It all comes down to: can PREM get the plant to work even just for a pilot? Will Glencore, or anyone else snooping around, be interested with wjatever output quality PREM produces? Will they still be interested if the pilot amounts to nothing? At what point will Canmax boot PREM out of the deal?

Fingers crossed GR can keep a single promise!
