Today's start bodes well. Like I said yesterday, this does not have the same traits as the usual orchestrated pump and dump. RNS should be around the corner. Hopefully no interview as the price drops each time the market hears GR's voice.

This looks way more like a rise due to leaked news than a rise due to yet another orchestrated pump and dump. News should be out within 24 hours.

Besides the fact that higher prices may attract interest, like what happened globally in 2022 with everyone scrambling for lithium and a mine. But like I said, PREM needs every positive catalyst they can get. I'd rather be in a situation of high market prices and then not need them rather than the opposite.

Finally, he should have been down voted already 2 dilutions ago. So is he going to force the hand and dilute anyways? Did he say how much and when?

Same for me, down 90%, money gone forever. Noone to blame but myself. But if I am going down with the ship, i want GR to squirm and beg and then get rejected and admit defeat or resign.

Acker i don't see a pump today so you may be selling at break even or a very small profit, maybe even at a small loss. Can't see any positive catalyst ahead myself, only more trouble, hence me being so quiet lately. Next week we'll probably get confirmation of Canmax lack of support (righfully so, they've been patient enough as it is) and also that the round of dilution will have not passed. That leaves PREM in a dire situation, broke and without the ability to even attempt to fix the plant issues and fire it back up again.

I know i know, lots of doom and gloom, but when you're down 88% and the road ahead seems impossible, I can't see how anyone could be positive.

I suppose the only ones with faith are the ones that bought in recently and the ones that will buy after further price drops.

George, you fu**ed the situation up, your lies have stacked up so high even you can't see straight anymore. Either find some alternative funding or sell Zulu, at this point I'd be happy even with a p0.15-20 offer.

This is actually really good news. The government had taken a harder stance last year, but seem to be softening up now. Makes sense with most mineral prices being so low and bottom reached. I would very much welcome some government funding/support at this stage, something to expedite the final plant fixes, commissioning and into production. Would be a win win for all parties.

SK has lost all credibility, noone trusts him, like they don't trust George. SK is responsible for hundreds of people being massively in the red. SK belongs in the Telegram echo chamber were only fake positive news gets you praised, otherwise you get booted out. SK thought p0.30 was a steal, so was p0.20, then at p0.15 he talked about imminent production. And I guarantee you that SK is ready to continue with his support to his buddy GR by voting YES once again, not cqring about your further upcoming dilution.

But remember this, if a thread of positive news comes along, he'll be back here to remind us of how right he has always been and how much of a PREM guru he is.

Wolf is right, either we get news of alternative funding or the only solution is to vote NO and hope we get rid of GR.

By the way, imo, lithium and spodumene prices have hit the bottom.

Yeah, PREM isn't mentioned and we have no production and no DFS, let alone a plan! Would love to see the Govt step in but I ain't holding my breath. GR fecked up and needs to step aside, JV with some mistery company, or sell. I truly hope another round of dilution will be down voted by investors this time around.

Cheers Acker. P0.50 is extremely ambitious. Agreed that GR needs to go and a JV would be a positive step, glad to hear you changed your stance. Tired of endless dilution rounds that bring no fruits. I am still holding but down massively, i'd be very happy with a p0.20 already.

jag, we got the likes of snowking, acker and other large holders to thank for that. acker was even "disgusted at our notions of wanting to replace gr", i believe he called us backstabbers.

us small holders all wanted him out but these chaps with hundreds of millions of shares get the vote that counts.

i even wanted a jv already 2 years ago but snowking and others thought it was a stupid idea.

What a disaster, i am down 88% now, written off my money as "most expensive mistake made". Will never see that again and will never invest in AIM again.

He hasn't lied, production hasn't recommenced because there is no money to pay staff and diesel. One depends on the other. GR will need to either dilute, find a new investor, sell a piece of Zulu or renegotiate the contract with Canmax. Or even a combination of these.

Spodumene prices have stopped falling 2 weeks ago. They haven't recovered yet and moving sideways, but i wonder if the bottom and a reversal are near, what with interest rate cuts and all.

Jag, that's an option they have. They can also increase their holding or wait for PREM to make their sale price. Canmax are under no pressure and time is in their favour.

My hope is that GR either does a JV (as he should have done 2 years ago) and we get to vote for it, otherwise sell Zulu and move on if he cannot prove the plant can work front to bacl as intendesld by autumn end.

Acker, am I right to think China now has roughly 23-24% voting rights? 17% from Canmax and 5% from Zenith. Is this the beginning of a new deal with China? Maybe a sale? Takeover? Any thoughts?
