I hear you Alert, and that makes sense, but I also started reporting overly idiotic bullish posts like SK's promises of "a big day/week/month coming" or other's "1p by Xmas". This board has become trash, only overly negative or overly positive cr@p all day, day in and day out. I miss the days where normal DD was done and discussed here. Now it's just white noise. I detest extremists, on both sides of the fence.

SK, what happened? You've already changed your tune? What happened to "I ALWAYS KNEW SEPTEMBER WAS GOING TO BE A BIG MONTH!"

Manganese project - failed

Lithium project - Well this is where we are now, can't fully say failed as they have a plant that is semi functioning at Zulu and a new managing director with excellent developing experience that would have never accepted this role if he didn't believe in its capabilities and potential. Problem is the plant still not fully working, the massive amount of accrued debt and the contractual deadline of 31st December 2025 looming. But I have faith in GH and his abilities to renegotiate and project manage PREM out of this mess. As a project manager myself he came across as the only one that can resolve these issues before it's lights out. I now believe in a month or two we will be in a much better place.

Such a difference from GR, GH is a no nonsense type character (no twittering and twerking 🤣). His experience speaks for itself. Finally, a developer and project manager, not just an explorer at the helm. Positivity returning!

I thought GR made it clear in the last video, at 6:45:

"There are some other interests that are there, some that WE'LL talk about in future that are interesting, so no, I am not going away anywhere."

So unless he is taking on a role with another company outside of PREM and intends to continue doing Stockbox interviews outside of PREM's capacity, sounds like he may still be involved in PREM's side projects.

Looked at the numbers myself, debt to Canmax is around $48 million, debt to suppliers, staff, contingency etc. is around $12 million. So about $60 millon overall. Thanks all

Jag, how much do you reckon PREM owes to Canmax? I lost track with the 12% interest and the dilution rounds to oay them back. I read someone on Trading 212 wrote this but don't think it's accurate:

"Using Premier’s RNS figures (baseline as at 28 Feb 2025), a 12% p.a. interest rate (per the agreement), and the two publicly announced interest→share conversions on 2 July 2025 and 2 Sep 2025, Premier (PREM) still owes Canmax approximately US$47.16 million as at 2 Sep 2025 (principal ≈ US$34.653M + remaining accrued interest ≈ US$12.512M)."

Good thread, agree with you all. There are some bullish elements here, but only if good news are soon released, otherwise it's just more dilution for us and more desperation from Canmax to get some of their money back. Either Canmax knows that good is coming or they know that there is no way forward. We should find out this week.

Anu is trading with his parent's £50 weekly allowance and his knowledge of charts is rubbish. The fact he defends a well known scammer like SK says a lot about his intellectual prowess.

Coldsteel, certainly today or sometime next week, that kind of info does not need to be immediate. We should also hear about the share consolidation and the plan (if any) that came out of the discussions with the OEMs that were had this week. Also info on the LOI would be appreciated. I assume PREM will want to package all this info into 1 or max 2 RNSs, they do cost money afterall.

How does SK do it? He is constantly capable of suckering in new investors, been doing it for years. He's a surgeon but should have been a salesman.

Good thread. Others have a point Acker, you voted yes at every EGM and called us backstabbers a year ago for wanting GR's head on a spike on London Bridge.

But the list of faults you posted is very real as well.

What comforts me is that PREM has never had spodumene output, not even 2 wheelbarrels, at SC6% , and also never had 2 majors like Glencore and Canmax on site. Now whether they will agree between themselves and pull the rug on us is a different matter. That reamins to be seen and I imagine we will find out in September.

PREM 1000% does NOT have an export licence. GR in spring 2024 made a whole show of saying he was in discussions with the Zimb government to apply for one, but nothing came of it, just another carrot to dangle in front of our eyes before the enth dilution round. All got swept under the rug since. I asked Mark at Stockbox more than once to get that on record as a question but still nothing.

Acker, if the LOI expired end of July, why is Glencore still around? Did they extend the dates and I missed the communication? Or do we just assume that they unofficially extended? Seems odd that GR wouldn't want to shout that from the roof tops 🤔
