1) At certain trigger point, it is expected that, with his background, Ketan will help achieve Institutional investment as well as Family Office investment in IMM. I guess Ketan is already working hard at this.

2) Secondly, the idea is that where any deal is discussed at the Executive Board level, opinion is also sought from the non- executive directors which both Ketan and Lisa are.

Waiting eagerly for that trigger point.
