I believe we are all spot on with our 2019 predictions. As I mentioned before, watch out for positive surprises. NM and Omi must be working hard on the plans for this year. In Uruguay they have yet to explore the GreenstoneBelt area so in time focus will be on this too.

News today that Max Resource has secured 100% of 89 applications to develop the gold mine in colombia. And guess where the location is - 100 km south west of Medellin in western Colombia. It covers 1757 square kms

Bullet 4 of the RNS indicates " identification of 5 INITIAL TARGETS". Newmont's further DSG work could reveal more highly prospective targets.

Next announcement I expect will be the drill plans for Charrascala high priority target. Will go through the report later tonight

The NI43-101 has to be the same. As was mentioned by Spike I believe, as the project is at an earlier stage one, it may not have the resource estimation. However, it should possibly contain drill results to date and other useful information

Two great achievements in 2018:

1) Try getting a deal with Newmont

2) Try getting a deal with creditors who were owed $10m

Happy New Year everyone As I mentioned in my previous post, the most surprising element I find in the announcement is the issue of mere 10m shares to the creditors in settlement. You have really got to think why only 10m shares especially when the work has only been done on APTA. I think we are going to have a cracking 2019.

MP I believe even Maxit Capital were issued 3.5 million shares to satisfy their fees of c$250,000 and US$50,000 in relation to the NI43-101 technical report. Now why would they take shares in lieu.

Also, as per press release in June 2012, Waymar also had 100% ownership of certain properties surrounding Anza. I am assuming when Omi acquired Waymar in July 2014, these other properties must have come across to Omi.

Hi all Back in 2012, Waymar had completed magnetic and radiometric survey covering approx 260 square km of the Anza project. "Waymar also completed a structural evaluation using Radar images over the entire area of the land package held in the Anza". "The preliminary geophysical data confirms that the Aragon structure, which controls the gold mineralisation at the Anza deposit, IS CONTINUOUS, DISTRICT WIDE FEATURE". Its just getting better. Newmont surely must be aware of this.

I believe the NI report should be out very soon. Just think on what basis did they offer ONLY 10m shares to the creditors. I think they must have sight of this report to be able to work out the shares issued and must be a very detailed one. The re rating should follow. Looking very good.

Agree. Newmont, I believe, must have done a very extensive DD - for Omi to be disclosed in their accounts under " Portfolio Improvements ". And with Newmont with us , no funding issues for Omi.

As I have previously mentioned, I guess they would go for a very detailed NI43-100 compliant report. And the further re-rating should be significant.
