RE: KEY QUESTION FROM PROSPECTIVE PARTNERS2 Jun 2026 11:40
On the 28th May, I wrote this:
"If you were the 'big pharma' surely one of the key questions you would ask is " what else, as a co, you have got in the cupboard or working on" which could be thrown in the mix, not necessarily now but as a future partnership prospect. I recon what has also attracted a potential partner is the diabetes candidate to which we have 100% Rights. This will be rapidly progressed and has a mass market. Why did IMM suddenly wake up to this product? Was this initiated by a request from a prospective partner?"
Well. I had to write to Lisa to find out.
This is the response from Lisa and be sure to ring her if anyone doubts this:
"Hope you're well and many thanks for your email. In short, yes, any potential partners would most certainly explore our pipeline in full"
IN MY OPINION. AND I MAY BE COMPLETELY WRONG, BUT WHAT THIS SEEMS TO LEAD MY MIND TO IS, IF, IN ADDITION TO P140, KAPIGLUCAGON IS ALSO EXTREMELY ATTRACTIVE (WHICH TO ME HAS ALL THE HALLMARKS) AND THE POTENTIAL PARTNER FOR P140 WANT THIS AS WELL, THEN A LIKELY CORPORATE STRUCTURE COULD POSSIBLY SEE US BECOMING A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF A BIG PHARMA CO WHICH WILL ENCOMPASS NOT JUST P140 BUT ALSO KAPIGLUCAGON.
HOWEVER, P140 TAKING THE FRONT SEAT.
