Newbone- Like Kash says, TYR are restricted shares but people in the UK can buy them but have to first fill in form 'W-8BEN', although not all brokers will let you deal in them (i bought mine through TD Waterhouse).
There is basically no difference between TYR and TYRU in respect of one is not 'better' than the other, although sometimes the prices of the 2 may be out slightly (like now). At present, TYR is cheaper to buy but it wasn't that long ago it was TYRU.
