Rebarm I thought you had confirmed that Tom had said the erf was uncapped ?see your email of 25 May at 902. The latest rns implies it is ? What's going on ?

It would be helpful if he expanded on this with a proactive video but I am not holding my breath

I recall February last year Tom said he expected an Indian deal in the short term He doesn't seem to learn from these continually erroneous and overly optimistic predictions.

But it appears the delay this time should be relatively short The final 10 year plan is due out in the spring and Tom " believes" the icb funding plans have to be submitted by the end of May. So he talks of heading into the summer for news of deals with the "growing number" of ICBs they are talking to.

All this should be seen in the context of the 18 month or so runway they have. So roughly a year before they will need to consider more funding. They need four iCB contracts to break even before then. If they fail Tom will have grossly mislead investors.

The knee jerk reaction this morning is as usual overdone. But it is all very disappointing and dispiriting.

P s And we seem to have got the uncapping of the erf wrong ? .

I did try that but I don't get the follow up email they promised.

Couldn't sort out this presentation so I rewatched the investor meet and the proactive investors video on 25 th. Numerous contracts waiting.... a series of and trusts just waiting for clarity on wed funding. And now we know it uncapped. I can't believe it's not gonna happen this time. Added 50 k a couple days ago. Last throw of the dice. Good luck all

Seeing 2020 don't you think that is a material point which should have been made in the main presentation? I am starting to have concerns that their communication is incompetent or maybe misleading. We only found out about gen 3 flaws at that town hall But thanks for that re production line availability. It did seem odd to only be producing 6 to 9 k per quarter given orders and pilots I am still here with my snorkel - hugely underwater. A year or so to go.....

Great find Seaview. Surely those ICBs contracts will start to roll in soon. I wish Tom could at least tweet we are right. If we are then that makes approval of icb budgets less important and no need to wait for end of April. Come on feedback. Nite

NHS Payment Scheme

The NHS Payment Scheme (NHSPS) contains rules to establish the amount payable for NHS-funded secondary healthcare.

2025/26 NHSPS is now in effect. Following consultation, the proposal to include a payment limit for elective activity, and all services paid on a variable basis, has been removed.

The most substantial change is the removal of the proposal to require commissioners to set payment limits for elective services, and all services paid for on an activity basis, based on the value of planned levels of activity. References to the payment limits have been removed from all documents. This also means that Annex E, which set out the guidance for implementing the proposed limits, is not part of the NHSPS.

Wes streeting is very impressive. Not too much directly referencing feedback but there was a question on whether the nhs England restructure would see the digital change resources being reduce s and Wes was insistent that this function would remain fully resourced to achieve the move from analogue.
