Still the optimist surprised!
Don’t bother Hughes I see the source. As you say adherence is non existent. Total
B s to state it all and ignore it Laughable.
The rns had better be good or we will be after d c with asi at the helm. It is so arrogant to deal with shareholders this way
Hughes could you
Send a link to that code please
Once bitten still not shy lol 😀thanks tintin
Sorry mb10. The four of you.
Have you a view you can share on the approach to the insolvency dept or whatever it’s called at this stage ?
I was an investor in that company that went bust.
Was in boots recently and saw a huge array of love hemp products
I think the liquidator sells assets of f to the best buyer.
I wonder if the nano assets will be sold off cheap to eg the German printer. Will we ever know. No announcement re love hemp.
Bet Gareth wished he had sold when at its height.
Idiots got duffers in who tried a shotgun approach and ran out of money. And didn’t realise. Fool
Yes affecting the profit level of the company means a transaction by the company eg sale of an asset
A sale of the whole company has no effect on the company’s profits per se, rather is affects the capital gains of the shareholders on disposal of their shareholding
I admire your persistence tintin. !
Ps if he is talking about making a profit that would indicate he is working on transactions for the company rather than for a sale of the whole company itself which would not affect profits
Sorry tintin I think that’s just generic clap trap. It is also disrespectful to you. To suggest you are putting words in his mouth. He should be using his own words to tell us what is going on broadly and indicative timing of any conclusion
I hope Euston got more info than that even if he can’t share. I would value his judgement on what to do.
Thanks for the effort you three guys are putting in. I will assist if I think it will help. Euston please let me have your thoughts in due course
Does Euston think it’s going to help to do that now , given his interaction with dc which seemed to appease him and encourage him that all will turn out of the best ? Euston ?
I am torn between my total distaste for what has happened and the cavalier treatment of shareholders by dc and not wanting to rock the boat if a transaction is underway ?
ASI
Did you press the button. ?
The silence from your good self and dc is deafening !
I think he must be negotiating a sale of something.
So what -peanuts in the scheme of things
our universe should be a big banging expansion but it seems to remain a little star called qvh .incomprehensible
Consistent ?
but the point is he shouldn't be giving info to individual shareholders - this is a total debacle . he needs a CEO .doing deals is his forte but he is out of his depth running the company .
that said I hope there is substance to what he has briefed to some .
See below an extract from the 4 april rns re QVH contract extension. Tom must be tearing his hair out-it is so inefficient ,and why is it even necessary in the circs to put this out to tender given QVH knowledge of the company, and its product /savings ,when there are no competitors to our knowledge ? A waste of time for everyone
A new tender process for the next phase of the CDC programme rollout is due to commence imminently.
So 7 months to reissue a Tender Steve Barclay wouldn't be impressed.
Good spot cfq
I think you mean down as a director!
Not sure what it all means but there seems hope re the going concern note
Not quite dead as they are preparing accounts per last rns ,and considering funding options....but agree very small chance it will survive
DASALUS Yes that was the one I watched, and I too added based on that final exhortation to buy. The point I was making was the comment that they were trying to avoid placings by obtaining funding through partnerships and that this could be what was holding things up, and incidentally may have a bearing on the going concern audit point
But I did think whilst hindsight is a wonderful thing they do look a bit silly being so very sure all was going to be successful, particularly the O2 !I agree they seemed to believe it all but...........
meanwhile we wait
.
I rewatched the investormeet. My apologies-it was september not october !
I have to say I had a chuckle at how positive they both were on things eg DC confident of 90 per cent ticket sales for London....
BUT the good point was that DC said they were looking at funding for future events through partnerships ,which would obviate the need for placings. So maybe that is what is holding things up . All that said he also promised lots of newsflow....... Its all weird
Team?
