Jimmy Tom felt that 3 years ago when he said he expected the company to be a BIG company in 3 years! Laughable now. And he has continued to tell investors he expected deals and in the short term. What about Rogan josh and his near term deals based on his great contacts. And now things are not developing as he expected he runs and hides. I think many of us lths are now very cynical and not prepared to add Your enthusiasm reflects the way we were three years ago. I am afraid it is now tiresome. Only deals will move this Tom has totally got the nhs approach to his proposition wrong so far. And worse has hidden away So please stop hyping until we have something concrete.

They must have done with polx too ! But if they have received more explanatory info around the prospects it is a shame Tom did not feel it necessary to to also tell the private investors who the company " values"

Its a shame the ERF is due to end in march 2025-this creates uncertainty -if it ends would the deals done collapse as it all seems to be designed to provide income as patients flow through the pathways? .Added to this the recent press report about 10 ICBs also indicated set up costs of 50k per ICB -not clear how this would be funded -by ICB or feedback..

I know Tom has expectations that it will continue after 31 march based on central conversations ,but that butters no parsnips, particularly as we have twice been told he expected big spending on bleepa over the last two years ,only to have the funds diverted elsewhere. (the ICBs will be locally agreeing the deals).Not his fault but a risk

With pay by patient rather than up front costs how does the cash runway alter- will be need to raise equity?

Overall I have added quite a few as I do think this product is exactly what they need in the NHS(as I thought on DAY 1 ) ,and once it gets bigger exposure and proves its worth the NHS should find a way to roll i out widely -it pays for itself and saves the NHS money and reduces waiting lists . Logic dictates widespread adoption. Of course it always has - I hope this is the time that logic wins out over NHS huge inefficiencies .

To sum up I think the uncertainty and the previous crying wolf is restraining the share price -the first contract may however be a watershed . And some of the doubts may be assuaged by the next accounts presentation due in a few weeks at the latest..

We might even get an Indian contract in short order!

To be able to recognise an intangible asset in the first place you have to be able to demonstrate to the auditors it will produce income over time . typically the asset would be amortised over time in line with the accounting policies. This is normal. the justification of the asset value is reviewed every year and if projection of income collapse the asset would be written off immediately-see braveheart accounts for example !

Hi all, have had several read throughs of the RNS . I still think a video can we useful to flesh out the points and implications,and to see the body language . If the last RNS was worthy of a video this one certainly is given the claim it is a step change in the commercial prospects.

It seems to me that this is a major change in the way Bleepa will earn income . Based on the numbers in the RNS it would appear that Tom is estimating an income stream of 30 pounds (out of the 206) for each person who flows through the Bleepa process. The more patients the greater the income . However this is in marked contrast to the previous model where we were to get annual or multiple annual capital contracts with an upfront capital sum each year, and this I think was broadly based on the number of staff using Bleepa ). This had the advantage of allaying fears that further capital raises

would be needed . But as it says in the RNS this approach was of no use if the funding was diverted to cover revenue items eg repairs. As to which approach would lead to more profits in the longer term I suppose we have to trust Tom when he says it is a step change in commercial prospects -a bold statement.

I also think it is a very good approach to tie up with this MC with its NHS connections -this will really help expand quickly(rather than say a KPMG).

Finally the para below shows that they have been working on this for some time with all parties -let us hope these contracts start to get signed up soon as a result. I have more hope now than before ....cheers all

Well you timed your investment very well IB I had edged down but am now restoring my positions. Well done Tom- he can now release the interims!!!!!

I think the longer standing investors realise this is just a start while the newbies are trying to catch up-the s p increase is welcome but in my view just a start-many would think the horse has bolted whereas I think the paddock gate has just swung open!

Ps in theory the deadline is 30 november . I agree with IBill that it looks like they are playing for time in the hope something turns up in the meantime eg an indian contract that Tom expected in short order ! So long as its not a placing.Hard to believe we are at these lows after all the hype and the hope.
