HI tsg - any response on this - trying to understand if the accounting delay is due to factors outside lvcg control ie cornerstone investor delay .

Tsg. It beggars belief that the company has failed to file its accounts on time again. Are you able to say if the delay in the accounts is interconnected with the delay in the cornerstone investor coming on board ? If so which one has to happen first ? Cheers.

Did this happen this week as you suggested it was so scheduled tsg ?any white smoke on the accounts?

Well a Trappist monk would make more noise than Tom is at the moment. What about the pilots due to close 31 march?Tom said he didnt know what would happen when they closed but surely he can tell us now how they went ?qvh deal shortfall,new labourr gvt -surely Tom should be helping us understand the current position.....

I think the fact that the breakeven run rate might be pushed back a quarter is an indication that this is an acceleration of what was going to be a regular income stream ,with the effect monthly income per month reduced somewhat in relation to this business line.

Well I think it's a great opportunity for Tom to do a proactive video to explain all the opportunities this collaboration will provide ,as well as explaining where we are with all the other opportunities we have been told of .Surely he cant turn down this new opportunity to update us on these opportunities....

Come on Wes! -would be nice to get a proactive video from Tom on the recent contract and an indication of how much fdbk has been liaising with Labour over the last few months. and what the Labour win might mean for FDBK- The last video was February 2023 .

Coffee cups the gross margin excludes overheads by definition. the variable costs are included ,not sunk costs. the increase in opex was to do mostly with increased sales force costs from the ramp up.

Good news indeed, though I thought the contact was going to be for a longer period .Maybe its a nod to the election and the new Labour government coming in . It should significantly help with the runway. I agree Tom should be banging the drum ,eg proactive video ,to expand on current background re NHS and his expectations around timing of new contracts and the runway.
