Oral Order Setting Rule 16 Scheduling Conference: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: (1) a Scheduling Conference pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. ON 2 JULY the Judge told them to come to a scheduling conference on 5 september -so we neednt hold our breadth on this one at least

I agree that silence is unhelpful and slowly the share price is ticking down as people lose patience and maybe follow what in my view is the idiotic stop loss advice. But volumes have been low. Nothing has happened to change my view but I agree I expected we might have heard something by now. But that is my expectation and I was wrong but I don’t think that is fatal given nothing new has happened in terms of deals So I retain my judgement that all the stars will align and I trust longways to deliver. He may have been wrong on his expectations too and more or less said that in his last interview months back where he said it was frustrating but he had to let negotiations take their course. All the discussions and technical posts( and infantile insults from the standing idiots) are candles in the wind. We can’t do anything but wait and hope to be proved right. But we should acknowledge that open spaces for example has every right to express his concerns and he may be right. But taking him at his word he has a lot to lose as do some of the others of us ,myself included. The game is afoot! Let the dice roll I think it is loaded in our favour but open does not. But we can disagree without insulting each other. ... maybe a new paradigm for this board !😳

To quote Arthur c Clarke. Something is coming......something wonderful. ! AK has been quieter than I would expect given his normal enthusiasm. But is that good or bad. In my view there is a more likelihood that he can’t say anything than he has nothing to say. But I have always been an optimist. And given the last interview I do believe the house is not about the cave in. If it was I think AK would advise the market. Stay patient chaps and ladies and stop whingeing p !

I listened to the podcast. G L seemed to be seeing you have to get the nda in tip top condition as you only had one chance to shoot at the goal? Is that right anyone? If eg there is insufficient content or referencing can the company not resubmit to the fda ? If not that is a risk I wasn’t aware of. And certainly GL judgement is spot on Still bemused at share price......but patience should win out.

I haven't been able to locate the detailed brokers notes on the b b posts (to see what they factor in on tax ) but it occurs to me that he new sigNificant reductions in the US tax rates will be ahugely significant boost to our US profits after tax and eps given that the US profits will be now taxed at around 20% rather than 35% .Certainly Warren Buffet was pleased! . Still struggling to see why this share price has not grown substantially at this stage but the finish line is in sight and I am not folding now.
