I may be reading too much into it but it seems to me that we may have now actual customer orders for deliveries next year as opposed to the product being available then. As I have opined before aim stocks do not follow the general market .....they are news related. Check out iqe for example. As I said at the time of the results we will drift backwards until we get news...and news that means something to investors. Not just we have signed a licence agreement with tdk. But said agreement means for example a transformation of finances or that we might actually break even. I hold.....and hope ... but am I right ? And frankly that is the attitude the rampers need to have. ... continue to question and assess. You might make some money or at least not lose it And respect people who cause you to so question. ...... and highlight the rampers who have no conscience

Re the chances of success and implications of failure it seems to me that given the huge and positive data set on Iclaprim (as there were two FDA applications)the chances of success are as you describe.If we do not get approval though do you see any value left in the company?ie is it a bet where you have a small chance of total loss 1 in 20 but a huge reward if you win .If you see value remaining even if we lose eg the cystic fibrosis side then the odds are even better. cheers and thanks as always.
