Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Rampers, are you ready?
De-rampers, are you ready?
Rampers you will go on my first whistle.
De-rampers you will go on my second whistle.

BPC RNS.
Both sides will be out in force today.
Just a quick point, as far as I am aware international travel for business is still ok.
UK lockdown has no bearing on lockdown for non uk countries.
Ultimately if the government of the Bahamas say they are open and you are based in a country that is also open the only travel consideration is how are you travelling?
Looks like they are a new permanent or semi permanent feature.
Just another 'new normal'
Davethedumplin:
Is that a joke? It’s like my comparing the size of my wang with Ron Jeremy
At the end of the day they are almost certainly both big enough to fill a pram at some stage....
Not sure if the wry smile was wind, or imagining the furore on the BB if he were to use a term like....imminent.
Sorry just stirring the pot before the weekend.
Too late to get in now for the weekend or indeed to get out if you are in.
Nice RNS Monday would kick the new week off well.
More likely radio silence till the after election results (unless results chaos is used to bury bad news)
Another week closer to getting the drill underway.
Stay safe all, have a good weekend.
SIR - big.
I think many like minded investment strategists were in BPC. Happy to risk what was in the pot, accepting the possibility of a zero return in exchange for the opportunity to multi bag.
I think some, even those who had nothing against CERP, felt the merger was the sellout of 'the dream'.
Even those who could see it was the logical business strategy felt they had bought into the all or nothing play.
We have a diverse group on the BB with a great mix of backgrounds and knowledge base.
Holding BPC, living the dream, knowing that in a few short months all the waiting will be over. What was a heads or tails play is now more of a dice game.
Is it too early for a martini?
Ann summers.
Boots
Gregg's.
There is a song in it somewhere.
I sacked my accountant 4 or 5 times doing my first self assessment online.
I would have divorced her but that would have cost more than the HMRC bill and there was more risk of her not coming back from a divorce than a regular sacking.
In the grand scheme of things the SP is pretty much as it was last week and the week before. Minor bumps are just to check everyone is still awake.
Bigmj
Would love to know how many shares it takes to get an audience with SP.
I know you mentioned a double figure pct. of CERP in the past. If you are heading that way with BPC then I would like to respectfully just refer to you as "SIR" from this point onwards.
Kudos on the size of stones for going that deep with CERP, great to have you posting over here.
If you are on the Langan's list feel free to add a cheese board and some port.
I wouldn't hold your breath for anything significant in the interview.
Anything material would have required an RNS.
I expect it to be more of a marketing opportunity than anything else.
One of those times in life I will be happy to be wrong.
Sorry to spoil today's big interview but I have the exciting news already.
It's big.
If you want to know more about it click this link to trawl through 756 pages of trash, each page requiring a click to progress.
Fingers crossed by the time pg 756 loads the actual news will be out and I can update the page. If not I just get the click bait advertising revenue.
Ps.
Maureen the tea lady has signed a 12 month contract extension. She is swapping 50% of her salary for share options. Dilution imminent.
So, would mid 6 figure costs be a reasonable estimate?
14 day pre hotel costs.
(14 day post hotel costs.)
For specialist hands.
Plus x additional days on site.
Single crew no rotation 45 days plus 14 day quarantine.
Vs 2 crews might be an option.
On our (assumed) limited contingency budget additional staffing costs could be 10% committed before the ship departs the canaries.
Material? Maybe not.
Worth considering? I think so.
Thank you CoMan.
Appreciate the insight.
What would be considered "normal" staffing rotation time on a drill of this nature?
Just trying to get an idea of how many people might be onboard. Of those how many on shift / off shift / standby.
If required to forgo 'shore leave' I assume overtime or unsociable payments kick in.?
Granted these additional costs may not be material but if you are talking 20 people getting paid 25% extra above a standard day rate it looks different to 100 people getting double money on day 6 and 7 of each week.
Rugby players and Covid....
I have seen things on tour done by rugby players that are higher risk than covid. If as a community we are that messed up as amateurs I can only imagine the level of madness in the professional ranks.
Every day that passes we are a day closer to drilling (against the timelines we have been told)
The board have a history of only releasing news when it was needed (either regulatory requirements or as a precursor to a fund raise)
If there is no news in the next 2 weeks on percy the jitters will set in.
If there is no news on acquired CERP assets the little red warning triangle might need to come out.
If there is news and it is a cash call, the sirens will fire up.
Relaxed, but just double checking the emergency procedures policy with my next GnT.
Is it
A. The funding
B. Covid delays
C. BOD not being up to the task
D. Other.
I do have concerns that covid derailment is possible.
I also have concerns that if the BOD go back to Bahamas government asking for a delay / extension it may not be forthcoming.
On the EIA revisions whilst I can see the changes as positive there must be I risk that 'mates agreements ' could exist between government officials and previous executives.
Was it just documents in that brown envelope?
Try again. LSE eating BB posts. This one appeared then dropped. I assume they are still having issues with the chat.
Maybe they should "give a little whistle"
Time is relative.
In the terms of a human lifespan imminent may mean days, weeks, months at a push. Again perceptions of time vary with age. Birthdays felt so far apart as a child they are often heard saying such things as "I am 6 and a half" as you get older it becomes just actual age (or age you want people to believe) then as old age sets in you hear people say how old they will be on their next birthday.
With BPC we are talking in terms of oil.
Things move more slowly, millenia to form, sometimes decades to find or extract.
Imminent for oil could be months, years, decades even.
But like everyone else I would like to see news flow soon.
Frustration seems to create tension in the posting ranks, that tension presents as disruption in the form of negativity, pointless pontification, or outrageous hostility in some cases.
The goon news is we will not be waiting for another 10+years.
So, as the pythons put it, always look on the bright side of life....
How many started singing?

This close to the drill?
Option 1. Offer reasonable terms now and stand the risk of a dusty hole.
Option 2. Hold off till the drill results are known. Offer would need to be significantly higher but the risk of buying into a doomed project is removed.
Option 3. No farm in. Results show we are sat on 30 years of commercial oil. Major execs get a kicking from their paymasters for not doing the deal.
Option 4. No farm in. No oil. Major execs cover themselves in glory patting each other on the back for being right not to do a farm in.
Option 5. Full take over (hostile or otherwise)
Option 6. Negotiated sale of the individual license.
Option 7. My favourite. Oil discovery. Greta does a multi national crowd funding to buy out BPC and pay effective royalty losses to Bahamian government to not drill for 30 years.
If it is option 7 I will eat my flip flops and stream it on pay per view.
The BB can speculate on terms or SP for each option.
