Yep GT, i think it was an inside job.....at least some of them were in the know. Whether it was the former CFO and the non-exec Director, i've no idea. Maybe they were tossed aside because they didn't want to do it? Possible they arranged it and were found out. I think the former to be honest, but i don't know them. Stinks of an inside job tbh

I agree Hulla. I want people to be accountable for this. I'm posting factual info that's in the public domain and collating stuff to try and recover my losses through an action if i can. I won't let this lie, nor will i stand by and let bottom feeders try and ramp this up with blatant, inaccurate info. I also don't want other sucked into their lies and potentially losing money. They need to read all the RNSs and make their own mind up.

Larger 'investers' are adding beacause of the unamed 'apparent' large investor in that article that isn't going to sell out?! Is this the Daily Mail? "A friend of a friend said....." according to reports. God, the length the traders will go to. Invester...you have no influence over the SP, give it up and go to bed.

Croft299 - they crossed the threshold on the 30th of Dec, days before the funding RNS. Either they got wind of the sham or they were just selling out. Either way, they made little profit. It's in the RNSs

So still.....either Seawave are lying, or Lekoil are (as per RNS). I just cannot believe a multi miliilion dollar company can be duped twice on due dilligence.

I wouldn't have sold otherwise HeresHopin. I wouldn't sell on a whim. As i've said, I've no interest in trading LEK to try and get my losses back, i'm no good at that. I'm stating a lot of facts rather than the sp being 1p or 5p tomorrow tomorrow from the posters with an agenda. Everything i post is in the public domain if you look. Make your own mind up.

Mibo - from my pov, i don't see that article as positive at all. If it's true it means Lekoil have not only been duped by not doing dd on QIA, but they've also been duped by people posing as Seawave, an already sketchy looking introducer, who people saw through straight away when the fraud was revealed. I can't believe Lek have been that stupid so either Seawave are lying or Lek insiders have been in on this.

Danker - apart from his Linkedin and the Seawave website (which is very sketchy), I couldn't find anything on Bismarck Abrafi or Seawave so I doubt they have a reputation to uphold. He was CEO of some company but i couldn't find any record of that. Coincedentally, the same co name was registered at companies house but had two other Ghanians as Directors. Abrafi is also from Ghana. I couldn't find any record of him associated with the other companies he was apparently very high up in. If you look at my posting history, all the research is there.

Danker - that article has shown that one of either LEK or Seawave are lying through their teeth. Which one, i've no idea. The holdings RNS on the 3rd has raised an eyebrow. Why omit Baron Caps previous holding?

Officemanager - I am bitter about buying in at 7p+ based on a fraudelent funding RNS but I never, ever wish others anything than all the best. I'm just posting facts and collating info so I can maybe, just maybe, be able to do something about recouping some losses outside of dealing LEK shares. I may not be able to, but I may stop others making the same mistake.

I highlighted his linkedin a few days back. See my posting history. Looks right dodgy but apparently is going to reply on behalf of Seawave! Hope it's good news for those left in.

NI- what I suppose i'm gettin at is...was their previous position on the holdings RNS of 3rd Jan omitted on purpose to pump the share price even more? They went from 7% to 5.4% but it appeared to many like they were buying. This is another red flag.

I've sold out but I am looking at recourse for getting my losses back. I'm not looking to try and drive the sp any way up or down. Not that i could anyway!

Re my previous post - it's also worthwhile to know the posters on here and Twitter who were pumping this saying Baron Capital had bought 5.4%. They were reducing, but that seems to have been omitted from the holdings RNS of the 3rd Jan 2020. They held 7% in 2016 and still held 7% in July 2019.

Was this deliberately omitted on purpose?
