Having read the reply.Firstly I was baffled I concluded they are not using the PSE test as they consider it needs further research such as RCT trials to look at different phenotypes such as race etc This is a project I think where they are looking at the PSA and how it correlates with mp MRI
The age of the males less than 50 years so PC risk is low risk and the PSA test should give a negative result
So I can only deduce that they may be validating a low risk population against the new the mpMRI scanner to determine the specificity of PSA . Before introduction of mpMRI Sensitivity and specificity was determined by biopsies I think they will gathering evaluating much more data from all the older age groups etc to determine robustness Sensitivity and Specificity of the current PSA and how correlates with MRI probably with the prospect of eventually using MRI for national screening and ditching the PSA test .This may be many years away
all imho

As I said have not been here for a while and shocked to see the current share price .Yes I feel a fool and an old one too especially now having read your post and do sympathise with all shareholders situations here. It was a spur of moment response to the SP and trying instil some positivity and not reading the full text Initially I was convinced that the Genedrive would be progressing much more quickly as a unique test to satisfy a urgent unmet need . Here we go again if it’s not MHRA it is NICE now imposing demoralising regulations on small biotechs with innovative technologies into failure . Similar happened to Sareum trials were eventually moved from UK to AUS as MHRA too slow and bureaucratic and there a few more examples I could mention For goodness sake Genedrive produce a diagnostic test is not a drug to undergo clinical trials and it should not take three years to approve The PSA for prostate cancer is next to useless which was approved for NHS by NICE and now will soon superseded by the UK Oxford Dynamics far superior PSE test has taken 6 months and been launched in USA /UK I have only a small holding in Genedrive I believe in the technology but appears that the UK does not provide the environment for small biotechs to succeed or able to expediate much needed diagnostics or treatments to the most vulnerable

New to this share and not aware of Ballard so asked Bing AI out of interest
Ceres Power is a UK-based company that specializes in the development of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs), while Ballard Power Systems is a Canadian company that focuses on Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cells. Both SOFCs and PEM fuel cells are types of fuel cells that convert chemical energy into electrical energy.
SOFCs and PEM fuel cells have different advantages and disadvantages. Here are some of the advantages of Ceres SOFCs over Ballard PEM fuel cells:
Efficiency: SOFCs have a higher electrical efficiency than PEM fuel cells. This means that SOFCs can generate more electricity from the same amount of fuel than PEM fuel cells.
Fuel Flexibility: SOFCs can use a wider range of fuels than PEM fuel cells. SOFCs can use natural gas, biogas, hydrogen, and other hydrocarbons as fuel, while PEM fuel cells require pure hydrogen.
Durability: SOFCs are more durable than PEM fuel cells. SOFCs can operate at high temperatures (up to 1000°C), which makes them more resistant to degradation and corrosion than PEM fuel cells.
Cost: SOFCs are generally more expensive than PEM fuel cells. However, the cost of SOFCs has been decreasing over the years, and they are expected to become more cost-competitive with PEM fuel cells in the future.
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of the advantages and disadvantages of SOFCs and PEM fuel cells. There are many other factors to consider when comparing these two types of fuel cells.

I agree they should be presenting what could be ground breaking drug discoveries Unfortunately the SP for most on this BB is more of a concern hence my sarcasm
Thanks for the invite Huw to San Fran to meet up However down on my luck atm share portfolio and equity not looking good Anyway enjoy the party Perhaps next year if you remember
