I suspect that real world data is being gathered since the first publication of the PSE study which stated that the data will form a prospective study over a number of years. The bar has been set very low for PSE when comparing the Sangia PSA and DRE study 2019 producing a specificity of just PSA of 30% hence the false positives and unnecessary biopsies ,however the FDA still gave it approval.
