i run my own buisness as a tennant of a punch owned pub , im amazed the share price has risen so much recently my area manager says nobody at the company knows if they will keep their job or if the company will survive all of their pubs are available to buy as freehold they have adebt mountain of 4.6 billion all of their pubs are currently worth 20% less than their book value which was priced in 2007 their beer sales are down people are giving back the keys of pubs daily im sitting tight and waiting to buy the freehold cheaply off of the administrators good luck to anybody still holding shares
