What signs do you see for a retrace or just hoping

I hold a few of these my pub is busy and they have a sound buisness model so im not worried at all may drop bit but will come good because they hold all the cards and are greedy bas>>>>> so ill put cruise on hold then thought we had it sussed with lloyds

Thanks for that opinion i run a punch pub and have good knowledge of their buisness model they have all their tenants over a barrel when it comes to screwing money out of us ,so im confident this company will make good profits when the green shoots come im looking to recoup some of the excessive rent that i pay . How far do you think this will rise

I understand these results are going to be published on fri 31 st ,they are expected to be bad so is this already factored into SP are are we likely to see a major fall on friday

Has anybody got any thoughts where were going with this , whats the latest on the mergers?

Any thoughts on where this share goes from here 20% rise over 3 days is it still heading north or is it due a retrace

Thanks for the post, the yell board isnt the same since you left to many people just ****ging it off ,not much informative chat around .Hope your making money, would be interested to ask your advise about charts when i have more time. The IOW is a lovely place went every year for 15 years as a child remember sitting on the front at rRyde watching the cruise ships go out of Southampton think thats when i fell in love with cruises. ps havent forgotten the deal about the cruise.

Yes your so right, perhaps its because the outlook is a bit grim at present. whats your opinion of the short term for the SP , im starting to think my money would be more use in other shares

Well the share price has gone from 32p to 170p now back to94p all within 10 weeks , the company is still selling pubs infact out of 8000 plus pubs on its books i understand from my area. manager that any pub is available.Beer sales are down , We have a RI at 100p so where will we be in 10 weeks

This site is so quiet can we get some interest here , where do we see this going during the next year. some sensible debate please

Its up 47% in last two days any ideas why the rise

bought some of these last week as they seem to have potential and there 52 week high was pretty good interested in any logical comments on where these may be in tears time

agree with all your comments i run a punch pub and cant believe whats happening here nothing much has changed during the last 4 weeks my area manager still says its 50/50 whether the company will survive and advises me to sit it out and probably buy the freehold off the recievers at silly money but the sp is going north out of sight somebody is up to something suspicios

As stated before i run a punch pub and im telling you their buisness model is very good its called screw the landlord and one day the landlords will fight back and when they do they will have hundreds of pubs sitting empty or getting smaller rent returns BUT the big bad banks will still want their money off of them believe me when that happens this sp is going south very quickly again be careful everyone
