Im sure GB motto is... (mentioned a few times)
I would rather have revenues of 10% of £100m (i.e JVs/partnerships ) rather than 100% of £1m (going alone)
seems like everyone feels like investing in Dogecoin today
Thanks Chesh and Retireby40
Exactly my thoughts, the risk of a RNS dropping, which has made me hesitate
as Deepverge is a long term investment for me, i guess i can keep hold of the shares this year in the current fund account and then look to move them into an ISA next April via BED & ISA
the message i received from HL was the below
"
I understand you’re looking to move investment(s) from your Fund & Share Account into the Stocks & Shares ISA. We’re very sorry, the automated service to complete this isn’t available right now. We don't know at this stage when the service will be back up and running. We’re experiencing high demand due to the Coronavirus pandemic and we’ve taken the decision to focus our efforts on maintaining an appropriate level of our core service.
However you can still sell your holdings as normal and once the trade has settled, the cash can be used to top up your HL Stocks & Shares ISA – utilising your 2021/22 ISA allowance.
Please bear in mind that once you have sold your investments in your HL Fund & Share Account you will have to wait two working days for your share trade to settle before you can transfer the cash to your ISA, and for fund deals the settlement period is four working days."
so i cant use the BED & ISA process by the looks of it
Thanks Paulcon62,
i have half my investment in deepverge in ISA and half in invest account, i wish i had thought i of this on Tuesday, as i wanted to move the rest to ISA, but given that it takes 2 days, i will probably take a little hit if the price does SP start to rise from tomorrow, but it should still outweigh the Capital gain tax , implications of a long term hold in deepverge
All the best with your investment too
Just a thought, might be talking absolute rubbish,
with HL if i want to transfer stocks from a fund/invest account to the New tax year ISA, i have to sell and then wait 2 days for the funds to clear before buying back within the ISA
could this be playing a part, whereby people are trying to move deepverge holding to ISA?
I totally agree, So undervalued.. i am watching the presentation too
Skin trust /Labskin alone has so much potential, the swabs testing packages will be available in high street stores in future shows amazing adoption. this could potentially have a meteoric rise, especially with 18/20 cosmetic companies
To think that people will see skin trust tests regularly at stores when they are going to buy skin care and its free to get this test
already regularly used by by companies that we partner with
Labskin is recognized as industry thought leader in skin microbiome
Modern Water, he mentioned that we have a lot of NDA in different countries, with the regulatory authorities and it is the number choice for environmental water testing in these countries.
The revenues of real time testing will be on top of subscribing to the units
Instant alerts and detection on where variants originated from
By October 1st EU requirement that all countries to have a water detection system (more news from deepverge to come)
Sars cov 2 testing/Breathlyser, identifies the virus to a very very small amount in the breath. Close to 100% sensitivity as G brandon mentioned, scientist will never give 100% due to any potential changes
The same microchip used in water testing is used to breathalyzer , detection system is identical (no wastage of chips or over-buying one vs the other).
detection of live virus under 60 seconds, the UK requirement is under 90 secs
Recyclable, sustainable and able to be de-contaminated
Estimated
Global skin care market by 2025 $189bn
Global water testing market 2025 $6.7bn
Cruise industry $2bn
G Brandon "we are now managing rapid growth, with debt facilitators regularly approaching the company to lend money to grow, no longer survival as we were a few years ago"
you have to call your broker, well thats what i had to do with HL
termed that wrong " was" should have been " has been"
im still here
thanks, i am in the process of reading through materials and DD, great to get other investor views too.
KR1 was a great investment for me, trying to find the next one :)
amazing UPPT up another 40% already today
Anyone here in UPPT? risen to 9p from 5.75 in the last day and half, due to block chain commitments
google shows close at 30.66
Probably make myself look silly here..but...
anyone think this was done on purpose because TB lost out on warrants and now he is filling up close the the warrant price?
I did the same, quite amazed at what the team have managed to do,
Congratulations, great future ahead
I hear you Paul,
SKIN (DVRG) and TILs were the first 2 companies i invested in in my ISA for long term (so been through tis with both)
to be fair, when i invested in DVRG at 1.9p (now avg 2.23) for its Labskin innovation (which is going to an industry changer for sure) and water detection, (pre covid)my expectations would be that it would double in 12 months, so its still within my old expectations :)
i am LTH not letting go of any shares, IMO this company will come back stronger with its team and technology

Hey Chesh...
yes, i read the RNS after, but first saw it on investing.com article
The pro - active article doesnt mention the renewal, you can assume how how they interpreted it and other investors may read it too
its great news and reading the Rns i have added more, but it was a just a case of it not being totally clear that its a $500k 6 month contract extending to 3 years which could be circa $3m
it was an article by Pro - Active
i read it the same... (via investing.com)
Integumen PLC (LON:SKIN) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the WaterRising Institute to supply equipment to detect pathogens including COVID-19 in the Great Lakes region in Michigan. The WaterRising Institute is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to provide real-time alerts to identify sources of water pollution. Integumen will act as WaterRising's agent to design, build, install and supervise the Detroit River AI Water Quality Project (DRAWQ).
An MOU has been signed for a three-year framework agreement to supply US$500,000 of equipment, consumables and services and manage the real-time monitoring of water quality using its AI-based monitoring systems.
Hi everyone, my first ever post, hopefully dont sound silly
have been in Skin since May for the innovation on Labskin before covid play came about, eagerly looking out for Chesh’s updates and GB responses
just like most of us, thursday couldnt sleep in excitement, saw the Rns in the morning and jumped for Joy, watched the AGM and sat down for lunch, came back to 40p!!! ahh well..sleppless night last too in frustration
Just thoughts on opening industries rather than day to day lives which requires way more thought
Cruise, aviation & tourism industry to name a few are hurting massively
Cruise chips and holiday companies could include the cost of a breathlyser in their packages ?20 Breathalyzer per passenger and one chip included in the price, would be minimal to the industry compared to the price of the holiday to get it back up and running
if you already have a breathalyser, then you will be discounted that price on your package
Aviation industry can do that on price of flights (premium or above) or add it to your first flight if you dont have a breathalyser, from then on, a breathalyser becomes part of your life like your phone
Tourism industry could be subsidised by government, halving the price of a chip if not more, and then say you went to restaurant, they would ask you to do a test if you dont have a 24hr pass and then if you spend over a certain amount refund that charge
As a tourist you would only need to do it once a day (potentially at your hotel its included in your room price per day and then deducted if you buy food or drink from hotel or its affiliated shops)
One of the biggest things that I think may have been missed is the use of the data, if we can use it to analyse SARS-COV-2, then through the data I wonder if we could potentially find way to detect other health concerns just using the current approach or slightly adjusted chips made for health sector for other health issues like cancer, IBS & lung issues . Imagine a GP surgery or hospital using this device as a first port of call to detect health issues, may relieve the stress on doctors as a first point and secondly to send the patient to the correct area
I may be chatting rubbish here, but feels good to put the thoughts somewhere ??
Also yes giving competitors 6 month notice on our innovation gives them time to catch up and build similar devices if not for SAR COV 2 then for other health issues, for which we could have dominated and been the main player/brand in the market for some time, probably was an oversight
