Masaimara, we already know this is for their employees share scheme, it will effect the share price as it means people are booking holidays and money is now comming in for TUI to buy those shares.

So why did they add a date 24th September, why announce a RNS about buying back the shares? If they will buy at their convenience?

The shares are supposed to be purchased on 24 September 2021 for a maximum total purchase price of EUR 1,457,000.00 (without transaction costs). The 317,171 shares to be purchased would result in an estimate total purchase volume of EUR 1,165,603.43 (without transaction costs) on the basis of share price of EUR 3.675 (Xetra closing price of 22 September 2021).

The shares purchased shall be transferred to the employees participating in "oneShare" immediately after the completion of the buyback

216090 does it matter? Cine went up from that time it was sold or purchased. I checked when you said but it only updated to 9.10am so couldn't see it. Where did you see it.

There has been 7.2million trades on here for Cineworld.... We don't know if they are selling or buying, but the SP had gone up....so more buys out way the sells. Simple.

If the FTS350 goes much more in the red, as currently at - 1% which is alot then we will see if Cine goes down slightly and I would suggest it's because of that.

Mountainous I'm sure you are right here about the court case. As you can see here.

I flipped a coin again this morning haha. The coin said to cash in Tui and put it all on Cine, I did not as Tui went up to 323, now the sod is back down to 317 ffs. Cine is not falling :-) it's holding on. So waiting for the US trading to start.
