I don't understand the SP drop.

I thought in the RNS TGP does have stock, they were lowering their shorts. I need to look later.

Mountainous, it started at 3.30 I'm not sure when it ended, I think it was about 8.30/9pm

In late January and February, no crisis by Covid 19 then. Cineplex are making excuses! They held off paying their bills.

Good Faith....... Makes me laugh.

It's like me selling a car at a higher price because I got a new engine, paint job, wheels, but passed the bill on to you without you knowing about it. Is that "Good Faith"

All that BEFORE the pandemic became a problem!

Yes BlueBuxton, they were going to pass the unpaid bills from February, March and April onto Cineworld. Which the total was 200 million.

So if they paid all their bills "as quoted in the contract, business as normal) and not changed their bill payments from 35 days to 60 days (don't quote me on this as I can't remember the exact numbers) they would of been well over the agreed debt level

Plus all those emails asking them for details that they are still paying lease agreements, staff, studio bills, film producers etc which they totally avoided!

The press was quick Bombdog! Well if it's in the news already can we talk about what is written?

There was emails about them not paying rent, lease agreements, film producers (movies that were already shown before the pandemic!!!! Which Cineplex had the revenue from those movies.

So they made a decision to NOT pay and deferred the payment terms. So basically they had 20 million to pay bills, instead they paid it into their own bank to look like they were under the agreed debt contract, and expected Cineworld to foot the extra 200 million extra bill total

Mountainous, apparently not allowed to discuss what was shown as it was live, and the judge said :-((((. The evidence that Cineworld had in their emails shows that this court case should end today. Its going to cost Cineplex alot of money if they don't end it sooner.

I'm just wondering which of my investments to cash out and buy more of Cine!!!
Cineplex case was just a load of pitiful waffle.
