Cineplex broke the agreement, simple as that. I'm sure Cineplex had a Lawyer look over the KPMG legal contract before they signed it, so why go over it again now. Going round in circles as they have nothing on Cine. Clutching at straws.

Spot on Plumber95! It's 4M less than predicted, a none doom and gloom headline story plus there are other movies....Regal on their website states they are not at full capacity. So I think 56million US opening weekend for Bond is brilliant.
