FI I don't see how that would work, as business rates are payable to your local authorities. Business rates are calculated per sq ft of building.

But I am just going off what my friend told me, as he pays 35k on one of his gyms, 55k on another and I can't remember the other one, but they are all in different county's. We will soon find out.

As my friend owns a few gyms and he is buzzing about it. As its per rateable building. He pays different business rates on each.
