It is incredible that non holders are spending day and night posting on a discussion board of a company that they have said that they have no interest in.

LOL are you for real? You stated that the operating costs are �6m per annum when they are actually in the region of $5m per annum. Here's a clue... there are 1.34 dollars to the pound today.

Another day with low volume, the share price is still in the 8s even after the effort that some are putting in to drop it so that they can buy back in.

They're not doing a very good job at fooling anyone, you can see right through them. Their comments are based on half truths and lies, pretty sad that they are steeping so low for a re-entry. They are clearly using the companies history and previous performance against new investors who are not familiar with the goings on. The company has had dusters and relinquishments but investment in oil exploration is high risk, there are no guarantees.

Historically we have not had a drill in the second half of the year for 6 years so think that your analysis is flawed. We have other catalysts that I have highlighted as well.

The previous dusters and relinquishments have no bearing on future results, if you think that they do then move on. I couldn't find anything on the list, would rather see some tangible evidence. You have a very odd sense of humour and seem very angry for some reason.

This is 2018, why are you moaning about a placement that happened in 2014? Give it a rest, we have listened to your obsession with that placement for 4 years now.

How did we pay for the Brazil seismics? Half of that previous $15m was for a new venture so get your facts right. We were very lucky that the new venture did not material at the time and we saved half of the funds in the oil downturn otherwise we would have had another placement with larger dilution. It is not true that the current $30m has come from just the placements, what about the $26m that we received from Cairn Energy?

I have advised that I have a positive outlook on the company, if you want to call that ramping then you are allowed to think that. At least my comments are factual unlike yours, you stated on 30th April that operating costs are �6m per annum, which is not true - they are in the region of $5m per annum. You also said that you doubt Namibia is getting drilled this year, which is also untrue - Larry has confirmed that drilling will take place in Q4 this year. I would rather be called a ramper than a liar. Anyway stop playing the man and concentrate your efforts on facts but why waste your time on a company that your not invested in? Everyone has seen through you and your negative comments.

I don�t understand why you are concentrating on me rather than the contents of my posts. Why don�t you pick out my comments and give your take on the situation? Your position was clear to me a long time ago. You are consistently negative and now you have confirmed that you are targeting a lower entry point. Whether that is true or not, only you know but I feel that you could be waiting for some funds to be able to buy at any price. You are worried that this could run away from you and you wouldn�t be able to buy in. I�d like to think that posters on here are able to form their own opinions through their own research rather than listen to and be influenced by posters like me. I would be surprised if anyone would buy on the back of what any avatar said on public bulletin boards. If you were influenced by my so called ramping then that is your problem, you should have done your own research. I am not going to waste my time by highlighting what I have got right, I am happy with my holding and position. Of course investors have a positive outlook hence the reason for the investment. I have attended a PI event and two AGMs and I don�t go there with rose tinted glasses. You can ask anyone that has been present at these events apart from the non holders. If you have any concerns or queries then you are most welcome to attend the AGM, if you are unable to attend then participate in conference calls at least. There have been many opportunities in recent times. It seems that non holders have more to say than holders on this bulletin board, which is sad to see.

Any farm out in Namibia would need to be approved by the petroleum commissioner and the ministry of mines and energy. These people are in London for the Africa summit that is starting tomorrow. You can call it speculation if you want but the fact is that a farm out needs to be signed off.

I don’t know how many deals have come out of these conferences as this information is not usually shared but can I ask you what the purpose of networking is? What is the goal of these conferences? What do the conferences offer the individuals, companies and sophisticated investors that they pay to attend?

The Africa summit where Larry is presenting is starting this Wednesday, which should see some interest and maybe finalise deals. Some big names will be in attendance. Information that is false or misleading, may constitute market abuse. I am glad that the posts by Goonerpete and growler1664 have been removed. I understand differing opinions and can challenge them but I cannot stand offensive, misleading, false and abusive posts that these posters write regularly. If you disagree with a posters comments then challenge them with facts, there is no need to play the man. These bulletin boards are designed for shareholders to share their thoughts and ideas, not for non holders to undermine genuine shareholders. I hope that this board can concentrate on CHAR now. The final results are due to be announced on 6th June 2018 and I think the notice of AGM will be posted at the same time or near, the AGM will likely be early July IMO. The discussions for farming out the Namibian blocks will be progressing, Larry confirmed that their are in negotiations with a potential partner. The Namibian blocks are up for renewal soon so a decision needs to be announced soon, the management have already had the placing and confirmed drilling for mid October so what can the delay be down to? I think a farm out is pending. Larry also recently stated that they're waiting for the Brazilian CPR from the independent auditor but confirmed that they have already opened the data room. Plenty of near term catalysts to be excited about IMO.
