i agree. the medical front is developing slowlyand hopefully making some profit by the end of the year. the telecom front is getting revenue from the iphone market. the sp is reflecting at those. more contract wins are desperately needed.
Are they US companies? if they are then it is the case of looking after No.1 and giving the US companies an advantage over the rest. simply, the pie is not big enough for everybody.
"a shot in the dark" ... kentucky won't win but certainly cause problems for the sp. in the short term.
Sueing is the first step to coerce someone into talking. two sides of the same coin.
back to where we were a few days ago. hope more good news from now on.
The telecom/technology sector seems to pick up pace rapidly- exactly a decade from the technology boom as some has predicted.
Would you know if BVC has addressed any of the following issues?
1) Competition from the Far East- hence lost the contract with Nokia.. Have they found any customer replacements yet?
2) Medical equipment alongside Telco business. failed to see the synergy of business unless the same technology is being shared in the medical equipment.

waiting for some institution investors to shift the share price? the trick is to jump in before they do, right?
