I don’t think NCM or NMT or any of the big boys are interested in low 10/20 % really. They all ultimately want all of it so they will buy either HAV or GGP outright at some point. It will have to be a big number though or SD and the board will turn it down.

Yes. If NCM are purchased by another company, that means everything that NCM own at the point of sale now becomes the property of the other company.
They will then decide what to do with their share of HAV. Do they keep things as they are, sell up their share of HAV, or offer to buy HAV outright.
I would guess that they will want to own HAV in its entirety. The team that SD has put together is set up to grow for the future (as SD says, he wants to grow into a multi billion, multi asset company). All the parts to grow into a multi asset company are there, with one known definitely nailed on going to be a mine in HAV, and a few potentials looking promising.
That means that if whoever buys NCM also wants to buy HAV, they will have to pay a very good price for it, to make it worth GGPs while selling it, or they will have to take us along for the ride.
Either way it is good for GGP.

Are example of someone doesn’t have shares claiming to have shares then deramping as they hope to get shares at a lower point. If you really had shares you would know what is about to happen hear and be happy with it.
