For the record, I do not want a quick takeover, I just believe they want all of it. They will take their time over this process. I have always said I will stay until buyout, and anything less than £1 they can bugger off.

They definitely want to takeover and own 100% of HAV. It makes total sense that they would. They are greedy capitalists and owing 100% will make them more money in the long term. On,y question is what is their plan and when will they make a move…. Could be quite a while, but they will.

It’s not a good price. They will make an offer but it will be higher. As soon as they make an offer, it will be rejected, and then the bidding war starts.
