The term "terrible return" is misleading. It's dreadful. When I bought AMC in August 2009, the SP was 10p and there were 210 million shares issued, so it was worth £20 million. After nearly 13 years, he is suddenly offering us £12 million. And some here believe the deal is beneficial.

I would advise everyone who is upset about what is going on to write very carefully because there are a few people on this BB who have been posting for years. They have never been shareholders and will never be shareholders. They are the Amur defenders. They are posting that the arrangement is acceptable to them and that they will vote yes. If you make one mistake, these people will report you and have your comments removed. So be cautious about what you write.

I am unable to vote via the internet. My broker is Halifax. I'll vote no if I'm still a shareholder when the vote-by-mail letter arrives. I'm willing to lose everything as long as this BOD loses as well. I'll be happy.

I find it unbelievable that some posters are actually voting yes. I'm down 70% and my average was quite small. I'm leaving at the first opportunity if i can get 0170p. I can't wait until I never see AMC again or have to read anything AMC again. I really detest this share.

Pappiklon........When I first purchased AMC stock, I was 51 years old. I'm now 64. If I'm still living in 15 years, I'll consider myself extraordinarily fortunate. I reject the offer since it is an insult. I'm with Halifax, so I will have to wait for them to send me a letter. I will re-post immediately with a NO vote.

I'm done with AIM and am waiting for KOD to pay off. I find RY's disrespect and attitude difficult to accept. He's probably not attending the meeting because he's frightened of being lynched, or maybe he believes he can deceive people, persuade them to invest their money, and then walk away with it all. The 25th of January, RNS.. The £100 million sale price has been reduced to $105 million, which will be paid over 15 years. There is no explanation why £100 million has turned into $105 million. No mention in the 25th Jan, RNS of waiting up to 15 years to receive payment. This fraud, because that's what it is, has seduced and defrauded hundreds of modest investors. He should be arrested for deception and fraud.

No way in a million years will RY be able to obtain the needed 75 percent. Unless he believes we're stupid for trusting him in the first place, the offer is an insult, and he knows it. I'd rather lose everything than accept his pathetic offer. Two of my investments are nickel sulphate and lithium. I strongly hope that the lithium asset KOD does not follow the AMC's lead.

let's hope we do get some good news and we don't end up like AMC. A £35 billion asset and all the shareholders are being offered is £12 million.

If we're not going to get anything, we should make sure this useless Bod, especially RY, doesn't. The proposal is demeaning. The offer is an insult. RY continuing to get his salary and pension paid. Shareholders getting virtually nothing, and he will be left with millions of our money for him to play with. He's using the Ukraine conflict as an excuse to ++++ us over.

He's offered us a pittance but he wants to keep earning his wages for years. He's quite content too parasite off us and leave us with almost nothing. I'm not permitted to say how I feel about this man, but there comes a point in life when you realise you're being treated with complete contempt and must choose between bending down and taking it or rising up and being a man. Vote NO.... Tell him and the BOD to go ++++ themselves.

When I first checked yesterday, I assumed we would receive £84 million. After finally reading the RNS, I am disgusted by the conditions of the agreement and will vote no. Basically, I'm being offered roughly 25% of my money, with the remaining 75% taking another 4+ years.

If the Yes vote goes through, it works out at £12 million plus £8 million after one year, for a total of £20 million.
Unless we get another bidder, It's possible that this won't move much higher than 0143p.

Please correct me if I've done my sums wrong.
If we vote yes, the promised £100 million sale "25th Jan RNS" drops to £12 million, with a further £8 million after one year and £40 million after four years. In conclusion, this is a heinous deception, and I believe I was deceived into purchasing this abomination for. 0345p. AMC is now worth £12 million, which RY he considers to be fair value.

At today's prices, without the TEO "which we paid for" we have a £35 billion asset for which we will receive £84 million. All of this spread out across ten years! RY sure has a knack for negotiating.
I will be happy to get my money back, 0345p that's my average.

Kammy, I've been here since 2009. What I can see so far is that we are getting no TEO and it's $105 million instead of £100 million and payable in bits and bobs over a five-year period. What a load of nonsense this is.

I've read some of the RNS and all the comments, but I'm still not sure what's going on.
So, what do we have?
Is there anyone willing to translate it into simple English?

Don't worry, once we receive the licence, everything will fall into place.
