In my opinion. The RNS on January 25th was a complete ruse. We have been legally done up like a kipper. At the time, after waiting 18 months for good news, I was highly suspicious, and my instinct was right. One last effort to empty the pockets of his loyal long-term holders. He told us he was offered 7p, and it ended up being less than 1p. It is now 1.8p. It peaked at about 4.5p the day of the RNS but closed at around 3.5p and never climbed over 3.50p again.
In retrospect, I can see how bizarre everything was because the SP kept falling after that day—why would it fall if we were receiving 7p?

And why should we have left at 4p when he claimed that AMC was initially promised 7p before being lowered to less than 1p?

Since we are only getting 1.80 per share he should just get the money and just pay us. We don't need anymore of his delaying tactics and nonsense. The longer we wait for payment, the greater the chance we will end up with nothing. I would like this payout to be finalised as quickly as possible. I'm not saying I don't trust RY, but remember what happened with the wait for the TEO results? We waited years, and it only arrived after he offered AMC to the Spiv for peanuts. The longer we wait for authorisation, the less we are going to end up getting. As far as the money in the bank, he can keep it. I, personally, will be happy to exit as soon as possible.

Thanks Slowly... He seems to be getting paid in dollars, so I'm hoping the value of the pound continues to decline "at least until we get paid." Knowing how unless RY is, he will mess around, the value of the pound will increase, and we will receive much less than we could have.

Slowly...Could you please inform the group of this? We have been promised a 1.80 divi and I think AMC still has a few million. How much higher do you anticipate the SP to go? When is the last day we may sell our shares and still get the dividend?

I thought that SP would be about 1.80p today. It is clear what the market feels about RY. Despite his 1.80 dividend guarantee at a share price of just 1.45, nobody is buying.

It's good to see that the license terms are highlighted, however we are still only being given 25% of the £100 million that was mentioned two weeks prior to the license terms.

Blumagnet, Same here. I wouldn't trust RY as far as I could throw him, as for averaging down. I'm no longer a believer in that. Knowing my luck, some other nonsense would appear the day after I purchased more. I've wasted a lot of money and more than 13 years with this dreadful, dreadful dog of a company.

I've decided to vote against the offer. If the big man wants AMC, why doesn't he buy enough shares on the open market? Or is he allowed to get it virtually free?

I cast a NO vote. I don't think there will be many LTH remaining if the vote passes. When "IF" I get the payout, I'll get rid of it right away. SH lost at least £25 million, and RY is to blame. He and the Bod have the audacity to believe that many of us will continue to support him after this. He should be shutting down business and paying up the entire account. Nobody with a rational thought process will ever have faith in any of them again.

I'm not certain if I should vote at all. I'm tired of this dog, and I want to get rid of it. Even though I assume that receiving 50% of my money back is a consolation prize, I'm not content. $35 million is insufficient, but you never know. We could get a different or better offer.

Although the chance to purchase now and make a quick profit is quite appealing, my horrible luck with this has caused me to pass it up.

Knowing my luck, if I punt additional money, the SP would crash the next day as a result of some other circumstance.
