I’ve been trading on & of for over 25years . My first Broker was YORKSHARE , who got taken over by TD Waterhouse who in in-turn got bought out by II . Never had a problem with any of them . Just missing the T10 & T20 trades were you could buy and sell without having a penny in your account as long as you had a decent size portfolio. It’s seems more than a coincidence that I have a investment in SXX & my first broker was YORKSHARE . GLA

Change your broker to ii , ex TD direct , ex YORKSHIRE Which brings it back Home seriously SXX , had a few scoops but you know it makes sense ;-) GLA

VinintheBin , I am guaranteed 2 lots of 7000 shares as me and Mrs posti currently hold over 300k shares ie 1 for 22 ( that is option 2 via the ii brokerage ) My ? Was the option 3 which gives one the opportunity to apply for more than your oo allowance With that (option 3 ) we can uptake our isa allowances for the current year . So no you really don’t need to hold 6 million shares to apply for £40 k worth . Now whether i get them or not is another matter. ;-)

Option 3 of the open offer , gives you the chance to buy more than your allocated allowance.
I have this years isa to use for me and the mrs . This would result in us getting over another 250k shares .
But the dilemma is if the offer is undersubscribed on the 23rd of may , these could go back below the 15p placing price.However if it's Oversubscribed then BOOM ! Ime going to bite the bullet and go for it have the whole weekend to ponder about it .
Anyone else thinking of filling there boots well over there allocated 1 for 22 ?

Q1 19 means they can leave it till 31st March 19 to relist .

Thank you shorters if it weren’t for them today would have been a lot worst . They are going to be scrambling to close this afternoon. They have given a apportunity to get in while the price is right . Jp Morgan have even upgraded lumentum today .

To be honest Harry I bought at 1.72 , however that was my last purchase , the first one was 28p and many many more in between . I do hope you are 100% spot on with your predictions as that would do me nicely! As I hold almost 300k shares .

Maybe just maybe , they are not queuing out of the door for the cfo post . And possibly no one wants the post because of the misleading accounting allegations.

So frustrating, every time the SP tries to motor , it’s getting sold into any rally . New cfo announcement will come in the December TU imho, as that will be the only decent news coming out then .

Have you heard of the dark pool , where shorts are covered without raising the SP. they managed to reduce from over 12% to @ 7.5% and managed to keep the lid firmly on the Sp.

I feel the rise to 1.78 was that we just got lucky with the , Face ID and iPhone X hype . The lidar self driving cars etc are decades away , data centres, base stations etc revenues Is what we can hope for , but that’s not going to be in the immediate future . Jam tomorrow story . I have over 350k of these but am on the brink of cashing in ,

Do 80/90% of all vcsels produced come from IQE , or is it 80/90% that are outsourced? I think the latter most definitely is the case . What I would like to know is what % of all vcsels producerd are outsourced. If it’s say 20% and we produce 90% of them it’s not that fantastic. However if it was maybe more like 60% or even more we’re outsourced and we get 90% of the orders that is impressive!

Shares bought 256k , shares sold 860k. And hey ho We are up even though it’s only a small amount . These shorters have had there day , bring on Wednesday.
