For what it’s worth I’ve just banged another 30k in this , Be Lucky !

Xataxx, I have to admit I did sell most of my holdings , but I am far more comfortable watching, & hoping to buy back in much lower than 52p.whether I get chance or not remains to be seen . However 1st half revenues are in now & we get to know how good or bad they are in September. (Expect worst than forecast imho) However I believe the latest RNS are just directed at pushing the can further to 2nd half as the new qualifications & production will be accounted for in December.

Yesterday RNS , had some meat on it , today’s I feel is just waffle like in the past , worlds largest vcsel plant ? Maybe size wise but production wise I don’t think so . They have a habit of ramping with words . Heard it all before . September will bear the proof with the number. This is the top of the range , profits takers bout to pile in .

Well well , I did say 51p is the bottom of the trading range , the top is 70p , when I feel the profit takers will dive in again.
This RNS had to be released today the timing was impeccable otherwise we would have seen the 40s again . We are not out of the woods yet is my gut feeling

Why has our sp ( only small holding at present ) has been hit so hard ? When you consider finisar hasn't been scathed even the slightest with all this Huawei hooha .
This should gain in theory , but always expect the unexpected from IQE . I suppose we won't be getting any July trading updates as in previous years , unless it's another warning . So we're going to have to wait till September for any sp moving news .

IQE board is in the process of getting a Asian supply chain up and running , it's so easy to say that ! . Doesn't that mean talking to clients agreeing terms such as pricing delivery etc & not to mention QUALIFICATION of our wafers in that chain . I mean we have on a couple of qualifications passed in the last 12months . By the time the Asian chain is completed out competition will have caught up . This I feel has further to drop the shorter s have not finished here , the management could encourage us by sticking their hands in their pockets but unfortunately it's not happening at even the low levels .

Sold most of my shares just under 300k . Balls of steel , think you need Balls of Graphene . Can’t see this recovering , looks like a dead cat bounce at the moment. The shorters which happen to be professionals have touted 30pence for a long time , why o why did we think we are smarter than them (No smoke without fire) all the signals were there. A chap on iii winning streak? Might have the last laugh I feel, The scum hedge funds have not finished yet imho , they will have once the management bring out the begging Bow & they drive the price back to the 30s as was forcast on a link somewhere on the other board only a few weeks back . Can these get back to mid 70s,? need to get out of this nightmare stock , I also agree the Huwai & trump are scapegoats, this just went up on the hype of the vcsels iPhone etc . If we really are the go to supplier of 80/90 % of outsourced Wafers we wouldn’t be at these levels

Just wish I had spare dry powder , all ready got a stack . This time next year will be wondering why I didn’t get a bridging loan .its rock bottom right now below 12p is no Entry imho . See you all at the £1 knees up !

Last year it was on a Monday, which made it more convenient for s holders like me traveling from longer distances , as I traveled on Sunday and had a tour of Cardiff too . Don’t think Tuesday will attract the numbers like last year , That probably suits the company .

What wonders you can do to pump a SP, with the aid Of a , Blogger , a broker ( stifel) not heard a peep after there “ lurking in the welsh Valleys is the next Arm” . And some connections in the press master investor etc , perfect storm for ramping , imho

Suppose is the operative word ! Ime very long in here , and am hoping H2 is the turning point . However We are at the bottom of the supply chain that leads to Huawei in mobile components ie Vcsels, RF etc . And Base stations via Macom how it can’t damage our H2 forecasts is beyond me . iPhone sales backlash in China will hurt our vcsel supplies too

These shorters are just taking it in turns to open and close & making ££. While us real investors just keep waiting for something too happen FFS!

Holly Moses bought in at 3, out at 3.8 . Was expecting a pullback too repurchase , there has to be a lot of profit taking soon ,it’s inevitable !

Well that’s me & the Mrs just subscribed to our allocation of just under 14k . Decided against option 3 of buying anymore. Left some dry powder in case it drops below 15p between now September. Stick my neck out and say over 30p by crimbo GLA

T20 , was a 20 day settlement term , ie buy and then settle payment for the stock OR sell & make a profit or a loss . Extended settlement obviously the buying price would have been a few coppers more
