In my mind there is no doubt the bonds will be sold !
The gap sell off which occurred after the temporary postponement is just being filed now , & I reckon we will be back to that 15p level before positive RNS reaches us pi ,s

Nervous shareholders, they are busy with the day to day running of this mammoth project .
The news of the bonds will come , when they are ready to inform us . A statement saying the bonds have been oversubscribed or words to that effect will be the next RNS imho & I have a inckling it’s not going to be this or next week , so stay calm & deep breaths . ??

Derampers , Bashers etc , can bash till they turn Blue , I’ve done my due diligence we have got a sound Geopolitical macroeconomic proof product , time is the only thing that stands between now & production with $$$ rolling in .
The drop has been overdone & the sp is coiling back to spring back at a blink of a eye , just need that killer RNS ( 23rd sept 7am )

The temporary withdrawal of the bond sales by the board has got to be a blessing in disguise for long termers , in the sense they can increase their holdings substantially at these knock down price . Never look a gift horse in the mouth I say . Me & the Mrs have well over 500k . Got £90k sitting in a building society account earning diddlly squat , tempted to through the lot in in anticipation of the bond sale boosting the sp to over 18p in the very short term , need balls of Graphene though .

The bond announcement will probably come on the 23rd ....

We don’t need the Government help ! We are not at a bailout situation far from it . These bonds will be snapped up , they did say in by the end of the 3rd & by my reckoning that’s the end of this month .

I really love it ( my Kevin Keegan moment) if the board just come out with a statement bonds all sold & oversubscribed, rather than we are we have placed the bonds back on the market.

Myosotis no worries , I haven’t been in here that long maybe 3/4 months , sold another stock I was all in on . Did a bit of research on here and took the plunge , 20p
15p & 8p have been my entry points each time getting a bigger slice of the pie , holding well over 1/2 mill here . I don’t need the cash so letting it ride . By the way I was about 50 million out on my £1 billion guesstimate, not a massive amount in the grand scheme of things ;-)

M . Well at the moments according to the Grapvine we are almost out of cash , hence issuing of bonds . The bond sale of £500 mill would release another 500 mill from jp , total 1 billion in coffers , next round will hopefully not be left till the 11th hour

Thanks guys must have missed the discussion through all the clutter on here . Suppose thinking positively we will be heavily de risked after the initial bonds have been taken up & once we’ve got the October update , hopefully they won’t be needing the rcf anytime soon after this offering

The article is saying every time Sirius will need to access the JP credit facility it will need to issue similar bonds to the ones they are trying to flog now , this sounds a no alarming to me , wasn’t aware of this

Totally agree woolverstone , too much clutter on this board it’s gone up a bit it’s gone down a bit etc . Ime going to go go AWOL & lurk every now & again , till when September comes

Chaps & chapeses , these short term gyrations shouldn’t be of concern to anyone, Ime sure you’ve all done your homework before dipping in , think of the bigger picture a few years from now .
If we stay above 9p it’s a good week in my eye , even though Ime underwater .

These ii , heavyweights know that once the mine is up & running it’s going to be a low cost production & profits will be huge . Like them Ime in this for the
Dividends , one just needs to look further than ones nose !

Thanks spike makes sense , but this project is high risk to those who haven’t done due diligence, there are smart players out there who will have done their homework on Sirius.
As for recession it will be over by the time the minerals start shipping.
