I think its a case of TB not being prepared to to answer the question for at least a couple of reason:
1. It would constitute new information and would need to be released first by RNS and that will be with the results announcement in May.
2. The new FD will be going over Ramblers finances in great detail for the first time and she would not authorise anything going out until she's prepared it and happy to stand by it.

I've sent in a question asking them to show the mitigations and logic that gets you from the Q1 number to 7,000 tonnes. Lets hope they cover it and we can hopefully take a view after hearing more facts.

Very disappointed like most others apart from the trolls.
Need to hear about the recovery but with 17,500 tonnes of ore now sitting on the surface, at 1.6% that's about 280 tonnes of copper or half a months production. Surely for a quick catch up its a case of getting that through the crusher and working around the clock to do so.

With electrification gathering pace, you are at odds with other experts! Do you think we'll be going back to coal and steam?

Thanks Troajan, good article. With predictions of higher copper demand and prices, looks like there is much investment catch-up going on around the world but this will be too late to fill the gap. Leaves RMM well positioned - only need to hit production targets!

Strummer, spot on I think. Placing shares need to finish clearing and investors to get confident with this improving performance.

It'll be the placing shares I think. Often multiple round number sells close together. Would be nice to know how many left, an increase in volume should help wash them through.

Agree Lucan, I'm as guilty as anybody and it is a waste of time when there is so much good stuff to talk about with exciting impending news. No responding to Moon's posts, forget the Moon squad, no more taking the micky out of Moon, in fact no more mention of Moon at all!
