RE: Court delays...31 Mar 2022 22:44
I've taken a look, but i can't find who MB's Indian financing partner is?
Anyone know from his Oilex days?
I have found the below online.....
MB joined Panthera from his role as CFO of Oilex Ltd, a Perth-based, AIM-listed oil and gas producer where he has played a key role in resolving a number of complex legacy issues including a long standing dispute with its joint venture partner, an Indian state-owned company.
Prior to joining Oilex, MB held executive roles at La Mancha Australia and First Quantum Minerals Ltd where he aided in the management and financing of several new project development opportunities, including in many challenging jurisdictions. Mark commenced his career at Ernst & Young, stepping down as Director in Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance business.
Mark has considerable experience in the development and financing of new minerals projects, particularly in emerging economies. He has held senior executive roles in many companies listed on the AIM, ASX, LSE and TSX.
Looks like he has resolved these issues in the past so it's not Virgin territory for him navigating the Indian judicial system which is a plus and therefore I doubt he is particularly fazed by seeing the process through give the size or the prize.
I agree with the sentiment of whilst bhukia would add 2 zeros the the market cap, if they can prove Bassala up that could add a zero the the market cap on its own.
