Just 162m shares in issue with an ever tightening free float as shares going into sticky holders.

Expecting this to get extremely busy over the next few days and weeks ahead as news lands.

Those hoping for a cheaper entry, are just not getting it now.

With little stock floating about and difficult to buy at times it's the perfect set of circumstances for this to go on a major rally as news starts to break.

Smart move tucking these away safely.

Directors can't even access their options until the SP has exceeded a minimum of 10p for at least 10 consecutive days and deliver on the PFS.

It's likely going to run up past 15p+ for that scenario to play out, so very nice gains for those entering at this level ahead of the JORC and PFS.

JORC about to land this week and PFS is well advanced which I'm sure we will all get to hear a lot more about in the presentation on Monday.

I see lots of 30p Target posts in the threads on here.

I won't be surprised at all post the PFS landing as it sounds like they already have interested parties for an offtake agreement.

At 30p we would still only be 48m market cap

For completeness, I do believe that a TVR RNS should be issued, whether this is held back until after the last tranche or not is what is leading to the present speculation.

It would clarify a lot.

Perhaps if so inclined, a question to put to to the company to update shareholders immediately on the existing TVR as one could conceivably be unable to work out whether a Tr1 needs to be issued or not in the absence of a TVR as that generally sets the measure.

Starting to gain some traction as the market wakes up to the huge disconnect between present value and fair market value vs sector peers.

Anyone who has been in the small cap lithium plays over the past 24 months has seen spectacular gains of anything upto 700%-1000% if getting into the likes of KOD, PREM, ZNWD etc.

It's now being made very clear by all the major EV battery manufacturers that they actually require MORE graphite to manufacturer an EV battery than they do lithium. Quite a bit more in fact.

The graphite requirement is around 50kg of graphite per EV battery.

Graphite as a raw commodity is trading up 25% in the past fours months alone.

I'm expecting to see some of the large 10 x gains seen in the lithium space to be now replicated in the small cap Graphite space as these much needed projects come on stream.

This is by some margin, the best value graphite play in the small cap space and the value to be unlocked here over the coming weeks and months should hopefully rival even some of the most aggressive moves we saw from out small cap lithium cousin's.

I don't see any issues with the incentive scheme.

Total non issue for me.

I'm HAPPY to see the incentives paid out.

If they HADN'T been paid out, it sadly would have meant that we had not been making progress that was forecast as a company in scaling up our production outputs.

We have hit the milestones, so these incentives are legally binding.

Early days here in the much bigger scheme of things.

I've got absolutely no issues with the guys getting a bonus each for achieving the milestones.

The director wages are miniscule and therefore happy for them to tick of the targets to deliver long term value.

2 out of the 6 don't even draw a wages in any shape or format

I wouldn't therefore expect them to work for free.

On the basis of the milestones acheivef the bulk of these have been exercised

Remember ORCA capital are in at 1.25p post the IPO for circa 10% of the company and probably average similar to a lot of PI's

Their analysts have done their research and are clearly confident on seeing a healthy return on their investment as operations scale up.

Anyone can see this is massively under valued and offering a discounted opportunity.

Don't want to talk to much about other companies, but to lend some perspective, one of my other Goldies COBR was 30% up earlier today on their RNS, that's how fast things can change.

They have a JORC of 218,000oz
vs
GCAT 1.6Mox+
and are roughly valued the same market cap as GCAT !!

GCAT can comfortably double/treble from here and still look bloody cheap vs the underlying fundamentals

COBR recently got pulled all the way back to near 1p and shook out all the weak hands over there while I was adding, then - bang - a series of positive RNS lands and they are now up to near 3p

Yes, not even getting started on the IOCG targets or updated JORC resource for the gold

Then the JV with Andromeda to be formalised on a 75% cobra / 25% Andromeda basis.

Once formalised Andromeda will then be contributing cash and resources and to have a domestic mid tier mining operator on board will be a huge boost

Did mention that that they would be going back over all that drill data for this.

Oh and to model the as un yet gold grades into an increased JORC

So that should be on the way at some stage.

There is always a churn of stock after any IPO as the share register increases in the number of PI participants.

Broker target remains at 4.2p and I agree that it'll only take one or two decent RNS updates to demonstrate all is on track to see this fairly trading in a much much higher range.
