I remember folk saying that this was a leaky ship

The directors took shares a 0.8p around 12 months ago.

Then about 11 months ago it suddenly went on a bit of a rip and I guess was forced to suspend as they had to issue the 'movement in SP' speeding ticket style RNS and that revealed that yes a deal was being worked on.

Then readmitted to trading around 0.13

I suspect the directors were not expecting to see the SP back down to their 0.8p initial buy.

Tough drill as you say.

'Production Restart at Montara' I think many were expecting the SP to rebound on this news.

But it didn't happen? If anything if came back online at 67p and then finally found support at 45p where it did bounce up to 55p after some big buys and director deals, but it looks like these were sold into by the short term trades and it then retraced into a placing and then the recent bad news has seen it dragged right down even further.

Needs strong positive news ASAP to steady the ship.

Probably a bit of a mischievous post.

But this share has even seen off the infamous ramper JonesRichard who appears to have given up trying to pump it a couple of months ago and gone quiet.

I wonder if he will reappear out of hibernation if they ever hit success?

Has progressively sold off over the past few months

No big trades recently one way or the other.

Doesn't appear to be generating any real excitement atm.

Probably folk trapped in after the ADV failure struggling to lift themselves after taking a real kicking.

If there is still any left from the pre Advance Energy days when they were called Andalas Energy they will probably be feeling suicidal looking at that chart of destruction. :-(

Even more disheartening, If there is anyone holding from the pre Andalas Energy days when they were called Clean Energy Braxil their account must have a balance of 0.00001p (or less).

Incredibly.....Yes.

if there is anyone holding pre the Clean Energy Braxil days when the company was called Advent Capital (Holdings) PLC they only need the share price to rise 60,000% to get back up straight.

No doubt if this latest venture fails it'll be off for another new name change and try try again.

I wouldn't be getting too excited about a HR executive coming in as that usually what happens when they need someone to terminate all staff contracts in a compliant way.

Unless the company releases an RNS to say they have suddenly secured some funding out of the blue, they are heading for administration imo.

I think there probably will be some kind of pump but it'll be at its most volatile in those last few days ahead of the fat lady warming up her vocal chords, probably in a few weeks time.

Looks to me like a quick pump to offload stock probably ahead of a proposed suspension RNS lol

The ramp crews will even pump stuff once suspension has been announced for one last dead cat bounce.

It is very high risk stuff. Not for widows and orphans as they say :-))

A good reminder that that MM's can and do trade their own books.

I guess its more likely to see these things happen when there is a delayed market reaction to news and the volume spike comes in several sessions after the original catalysts.

It was around £900,000 dumped mid session on to the ramp crew.

All those that were silently loading around 0.5 / 0.6 over the past couple of weeks when Zak was charting 0.95p+ and there was only a couple of posts per day on the BB.

Fast forward to yesterday when the Ramp crew turned up and then piled in further straight from the off this morning frothing away until they got dumped on hard.

Looks like a few are trapped in for now.

I imagine TW will be sending Lonny a nice friendly DM after their twitter spat over this placing :-))

They need to produce the prospectus and then get the whitewash vote passed by shareholders

Can't see why it wouldn't get voted through as the deal will then provide a further 4.6m on top of the recent 1.4m so 6m funding in total.

Looks like a wealthy family office investment

It was EEE who got their funding earlier this year from a family office backer and then went on a strong SP rally

GSCU have also recently had the backing if a wealthy family at 1.2p and seen their SP double.

These are often far better deals than the placings offered up by short term flippers and vulture funds.

I've not bought any as yet as not seen sight of any prospectus so just waiting on that to be produced to read the fine print and structure of the deal. I'm guessing a few others might be waiting on the same.

Thanks again for sharing as these are the types of trading ideas that I like to look at.

Practically a bag in the space of a week on a high risk punt.

Sure it could go on to do more from here but it will need steady contract news and increased revenues to rebuild the trust and those that have been averaging down hard from previous highs are probably just about done for now.

Has now smashed through Zak's initial target of 0.95p

1.20p now on the ask.

I think some might be starting to get a bit skeptical re: Montara as all these down time events could be masking a big drop off in real term production.

I posted a couple of days back that I thought PRD was looking 'a bit toppy' at 21p

It's always the same when a lot of success starts to get built into the SP.

That's why the 'priced to fail' purchases around 4p and 5p were where the smart money / hot money, came in and most of that will have sold & moved on by now.

ORR previously had the IamGold free carry of 8m in exploration costs over a couple of agreed tranches which saw their SP massively spike up to 2p range.

If they could get a New JV with a major to come in at the asset level the SP would fly.

It's all a bit strange this talk of getting an investment bank in at the asset level.

Seen talk of $1m for 10% which would value the licence at 10m vs market cap of 4m

It would be unusual for an investment bank to come in for a percentage of an asset without also having some equity/warrants / options.

I guess they would also have to be confident that the company could eventually secure a JV providing a profitable exit or putting them well 'into the money' on some options.

Have always liked the potential here so watching closely for another trading opportunity.

You'll often see chat on some bb's from shareholders complaining that they felt some Tr1's should have been RNS'd in examples where it looks like an entity has ended up with a similar % amount of shares following a placing subscription they have taken place in so were likely forward selling.

PI's get annoyed as it doesn't feel very transparent but not sure what the rules are covering it as if they end up with the same amount of % holding following selling shares then getting them back to their previod holdings at a discount and often with some warrants thrown in on top.

I suppose it is what it is.

I think you should download and complete a Tr1 form and then email a copy to the company and its then upto them to RNS once they are made aware.

If they aren't made aware then I guess they can't do an RNS.

I believe there are exclusions such as MM purchases.
