Best thing is to throw channels around the perimeter edges and job done.

Also, as someone who has to support planning consultants and has advised Council's often in my career, I can confirm, as long as they can see you have made adequate arrangements, there is very little they can do to prevent a business operating. If that were the case, a certain logistics company who does not need to be named, would not be building fulfilment centres in the middle of residential neighbourhoods, operating 24/7 with 35 loading bays turning out lorries every 2 hours. Angus are the least of a council's worries, I assure you.

When applying for planning for such projects, logistics management will form part of the review pack.
ANGS are doing the right thing and taking one step at a time.
When they have a fully operational field and can gage their supply abilities, then they can review their traffic management and own site set up arrangements.
I've read the planning report and work as a Principal Designer for such projects (many probably won't even know what that entails), but the issue with transport wasn't so much with Angus but the council's own concerns towards their own infrastructure, in able to accommodate increased traffic.
Angus have been very respectful to the locals IMO

BF, if you go back through previous meeting minutes Angus noted this was all they needed and were not seeking to disrupt local residents.
Once they require further vehicles, they can review their traffic management arrangements and do an impact assessment as it arises.

Markets tend to go over volatile when a significant event, such as an RNS drops and the MM's need time to review trade activity and agree the rates. It can happen at any time of the day but most often out of hours as you noted.

Looks like the MM's are having to move around their buys and sells to match up trades; hence why some trades are double reported or showing as unknown. With the volume today, I'm certainly expecting some MM reserves to be low.
