I believe 0.7p is when CLN's are exercisable to help pay back Directors for money they've loaned to the company.
There was talk of this being reduced down to 0.4, but as I understand it has not yet been voted and approved, so 0.7 remains the break through barrier.
The company has no external creditors and it makes money from its investment portfolio.
Correct me if I'm wrong?

I work a lot in Norfolk and all I see are signs next to farms where they are now for sale or for rent, where farmers can't keep up with the costs of running their farms. This will have an effect on our food supply chain. Vertical farms are far more energy efficient, consume far less water, require no pesticides and require few personnel to run:

Mag - Looks like MM's got their way and made some money while the churn from paper hands occurred.
Few opportunities on the market like this to own such a big chunk of a company for such little investment.
I'm still holding my 1% of the float, but know someone else who is sitting just under the 3%, so can confirm first hand that the stock is sticky.

Loading is clearly going on. TR1's certainly expected based on the obvious accumulation taking place ahead of tomorrows vote to bring hydroponics into the business.
Expecting that if the momentum continues, the convertible loan notes will soon be ready to be worked through and the company will debt free, having income from assets and ready for the next chapter in its journey!

The company also has Uranium exploration licences in Colorado and Utah in the United States

Last week placing announced for $2.65M, taking cash runway to $4M
