Agree beef, expect MM’s have loaded up as they know it’s game on! Can see this bouncing and consolidating back up to 270-290 in no time. Feel sorry for those who had their stop losses snatched. Could be very bitter sweet.

Until the Money Laundering checks and legals are done on these kind of things nothing can be formally concluded. They know who their funders are, now they just need to get the contracts signed. Standard practice.

Got to laugh, it’s December tomorrow so funding could be completed (says first 2 weeks of December) and paper hands are dropping their shares much to the glee of MM’s no doubt!

I’m going with the next RNS will be a holdings in the company update, which could land at any time, followed by the glorious funding announcement :)

The Company expects to complete the previously announced funding round during November 2022, under the same terms as previously announced. This funding will enable the Group to further progress its strategy.

Anyone know with-in how many days are they obligated to inform the market when they do complete?

They can raise in November, doesn’t mean they have to announce it to the market just yet. These money laundering checks and sanctions checks can also take time, but 1 million % worth the wait. Xmas will be lovely this year IMO :)

- Scientific board meeting in December.
- Just over a month until the 1st cannabinoid trial begins.
- Awaiting funding confirmation on trials 2-4. Is £60m too greedy?
- Trial 1 to complete in March.

Sells being listed as buys now, which is practically unheard of. Not complaining but maybe MM's are now using reverse tactics. Scaring holders into selling as it creeps up? Naughty game players. Tut tut...

Thanks F4. With all the regulatory changes pending between the US and UK we could certainly find the share take off all of a sudden. At least we see the diamond with-in OCTP :)
