Just by changing a dormant company name but it's a pretty straight forward thing to do and file at companies house so the fact it was done back then means something must be on the cards. Imo. Europa oil and gas (Inishkea) ltd. also incorporated in May. New subsidiary. This is preparation to hold this asset on its own and farm out. Imo.

hugh has said before as part of the farmout he wants people committed to drilling and not just sit on licences

jus don't see director buys as being a problem. maybe its just that they haven't got the spare cash. i'm sure they must have families too and need to make financial plans just like everybody else.

i sure in a previous interview hm said discussion re spud 1st june for drilling a well yet in the proactive interview yesterday he said spud 1st may.

the board are hopeful of similar results for PSDM for inishkea. that sounds like the reserves are getting bigger there too
