I was expecting the majority to be registered in the UK (in the sense of Value).

This is starting to look more interesting to me now. So they might have the time frame wrong (might I repeat), this might be a longer process then I initially thought. I hope the lenders had a good team of global corporate lawyers.

UK is a little different from the USA, they can't be hundred percent sure our courts will do exactly the same. The lenders most likely had a British lawyer team with them in Texas to advise them regarding British law, during the case. No point coming to some arrangements in America when most of CINEWORLD assets are in the uk.

Salagadoo, I agree again. This was a gamblers share at 10p and still is at 0.30p. Anyone treating this like an investment, needs to revisit their investing strategy. You are either sell up and move on or you are in for a punt. 0.30p (now 0.43p) gives you a chance to reduce your losses or make a profit. It's just a pure gamble but i've seen shares in a worser position quadruple from here loads of times.

Chaebol, Holiday is going great mate. I'm having withdrawal symptoms. I've been on my phone watching the market lol (wife isn't happy). I think i'll have to dive back in, i'm addicted to watching btc. Surely it can't be good for your health, but it is what it is. I enjoy the market more then me holiday lol. Let me give you some advice, you probably will never be in the situation where you have loads of profit in a share but if you ever are, don't look to the future, look to now and cash up. Another thing I learned with my trading experience. A bird in hand is better than two in the bush. No one knows hundred percent what is going to happen, not even you daghenspam.

In a BTC bull market I've sold 95 percent of my portfolio because discipline is part of the trading strategy, when you have so much profit in, you need to stop and reassess and do something with your profit. You will never miss the boat in the market, always another opportunity comes along.

Hexam, in your situation of course it's a gamble, It was a gamble when you bought in after covid. You could of bought Tesla or Microsoft or shell etc but you were after a good old gamble. The problem was you never treated it like a gamble, you were investing lol. I love a good punt, I honestly do. I treat an investment like an investment and a gamble like a gamble. And I make sure I trade the hell out of both. As long as you learn from it and you have more funds to play with, no harm done, you will recoup your losses in no time.

Surely you can't not be that thick. Surely you can't, you must be having me on. The only way for you to know i'm reckless or not know what i'm doing is to see my portfolio. Learning to trade is not just about the trade, it's the whole package, too long to list, but one of the important things in that list is withdrawing profits, not cash in HL or IG, in your bank account and you do something with that money. Buy jewelry, painting, car or property etc, but make sure you have other assets.

FYI, for long-term holders cut and lose is very difficult, especially if they have all their money in here and it's down 20 percent and keep dropping further, It's a lot of money they have lost and before you know it they are down 90 percent of no fault of their own. I have been in that situation, so I understand it properly, every day the sp drops a little and all investment is worth nothing. Now what is left hopium, you hope it will go back up and wait and wait, sometimes years can pass.

This is what you call me bragging, It's me trying to encourage folks to trade. Learning how to trade really did save me, I learned from experience. Becoming a multimillionaire is a different thing, trading might not get you there or take a long time to get you there,if that is what you really want.

Trading, I believe it will save many from financial ruin Learning how to trade, go on courses if you must but the best folks to learn from are experienced traders. Trading saved me from financial ruin. I am bloody good at trading now, I always trade part of my investments and trade them, I actually enjoy it. Trading shares is an art form, it's not something you can learn overnight, it takes many years of experience and you are constantly learning.

Your not a long term holder Hexam, anyone who bought this after the pandemic can't really call it a LTH investment in my opinion, all the signs for the company were there. You from day one were criticising this company, selling the doom and gloom. This is just a punt for you or a short. I've learned from my mistakes in the past, no one can say where the sp with this share will be for hundred percent. This could go to zero or 5p from here, I've seen it again and again happen. So you cannot turn around and tell me there is no money to be made here. We all are here to make money, even Wolf. Wolf forgets, I've Known him on these boards from the beginning. I've seen your posts from a long time also. I use to like you thinking you were genuinely posting. How disappointed I was. We all are here to make money, period.
