Hexam, I actually enjoy this bb. Where have I misunderstood or misquoted an RNS? For someone that doesn’t even understand Uk administration (your yesterday’s post will prove), you are quick to dish out advice.

What is merely being said here by me and some others is-

The RNS has told us that CINE/NEWCO will emerge out of chapter11 in July. And it might still happen. However, the time is running out, administration needs to be filed at the latest next week Friday.

For Newco to emerge successfully out of chapter11, the administration in Uk should be successful. Otherwise CINE will have to go into Chapter7.

Your assuming, Uk administration will go how they have planned. We will only know this once the process starts. There is no other way of knowing this. So come Friday next week and Administration hasn't started, all the clever money will start to assume that their will need to be a shareholders resolution for something (I don't know what but something) so the sp will start to rise and i'll post happy days :-).

And

If administration hasn't begun by end of July, then most will start to thinking a fook up has been made. Governments make fook ups what's a company.

Come Monday, administration could of started so all this is irrelevant.

This is just my opinion, I could be completely wrong. I'm typing from my phone so have to keep the posts simple but you can use your imagination.

My point again my cut and paste magazine reading friend, yes everything might be going to plan so far and I might be completely wrong but come Friday next week and administration hasn’t started, they have come across a major problem in Uk administration.

If they are not emerging out of chapter11 in July, they have hit an obstacle. My money is on shareholders getting something. Just an opinion.

That is my point and I could be wrong, it takes days sometimes weeks to apply for administration (especially in huge cases like this), it's not like ordering a happy meal from McDonalds.

BasicInvestor78, I've been looking some more into this uk administration process, you have some weight in your argument Sir. They need to crack on and get this administration started, In a case like this it could take weeks just to get started. We know they haven't started it yet because they will need to suspend shares moment they start.

Emerging out of chapter11 in July are looking slim.

Well we are clearly not at the beginning of July!

On Monday it will be the 10th of July, I expect administration to be applied for by Friday the 15th and share suspended around then. If administration hasn't started by the 15th, the chances of newco emerging out of chapter11 are looking slim. Entering administration can take anything from a few hours to 2 weeks or more depending on your circumstances.

Surely they need to be getting on with it. Administration is a lengthy process in uk. If administration hasn't started by Friday next week, my money is on CINE/newco not emerging out of chapter 11 in July.

Hey buddy, I’m sure we have been told newco will emerge out of chapter 11 in July. So shouldn’t we be expecting administration real soon, surely it’s going to take them a couple of weeks to do all the moving over of assets etc. surely mate.

I was under the impression, suspended and administration started then. I’ve never known administration starting without company getting suspended?

It’s 7th of July. 10th on Monday.

Admin, lawyers etc cost a lot of money, the longer it goes on the more it costs, of course they are in a hurry.
