I’m not disagreeing with the plan, I’m might be disagreeing with how the plan will be executed. I’ve already explained the rns to you loads of times, you seem to struggle reading it. Tomorrow is the 11th of July. We have clearly been told cine/newco come out of chapter 11 in July. I’ve explained this to you loads of times now and you still don’t seem to grasp it. I suggest you put down you shares trading magazine and read a little on UK law.

My play is this, to speed up administration and to make it run smoothly, same as mooky, shareholders will get something also. Just my opinion and I could be wrong.

DSFLAT, that is very interesting, so buy my reckoning and I don't kick as many tyres as HC, :-). I thinks migi is very cheap, I'm regretting not buying more around 2.00 (I bought it for a quick trade but i'm going to hold it for now).

So my miners are

without a doubt, big percentage in MARA.

RIOT nearly as good but I prefer MARA because of the UAE connection.

MIGI is best punt out of the miners (money for value followed by BTBT).

I prefer CIFR to CLSK but CLSK is growing on me, the market has started liking it (sorry Chaebol).

Hi Mulletman, most have sold, only a few of us gamblers left here lol, hoping the uk administartion will be a lot fairer then Chapter 11. Mooky has been given 35 million, we share holders are hoping they will throw a little money our way also. Wolf, thinks they won't but he also thought mooky wouldn't be getting anything either 6 months ago.

We definitely know they hold 2.75 percent, anything else is just guess work in my opinion.

The point is, they are still holding. Normally they are the first one out of the door.

HC, as we all know Argo have never had a future plan, I don’t still think they have one.

This is what I think Argo are doing, they are hopeful for the sp to get above 40p then they will do a raise. If btc stays at this level and arb keep mining around 140 btc a month and all miners keep rising, arb will seem like a cheap buy.

The reason why I don’t like arb is they couldn’t give a forward strategy, when they said they will give one months ago. Argo have lied too often for my liking, for me it’s a trading share never to go long into.

Hey Mountainous, I completely agree. Let’s see what happens with UK administration, I don’t think it will be as straightforward as some on here will make you believe. I could be wrong. We will soon be finding out.

Mountainous, I’m surprised annual results haven’t been published yet. I don’t even think the chapter 11 cases were transparent enough, well not for my liking anyway.

Mooky can’t be paid so much money and shareholders nothing, I don’t see it happening, I could be wrong but just don’t see it happening. It’s a blatant injustice and I don’t see our court’s seeing same as USA. Money talks in USA, it’s as simple as that. Our courts are a lot more fairer then our cousins across the pond. Maybe one of the best in the world. We will see, it’s one of the reasons I’m a holder.

Maid, this is what my take was, why I've highlighted the point again and again. Cine need to enter into administration soon, if they expect to emerge out of chapter 11 in July as stated by the RNS. Shortly could mean anything but you would expect it to mean next few days as they don't have that much time. Entering Administration can take a few hours or a few weeks. You would of thought in a case like this it will be at least a couple of weeks.

Who said anything about a judge throwing it out?

That might also apply to Uk administration Wolf, very complex business, they might not be able to press a switch. The word I’m using is might, I don’t know for sure but we will soon find out.

What is merely being said here by me and some others is-

The RNS has told us that CINE/NEWCO will emerge out of chapter11 in July. And it might still happen. However, the time is running out, administration needs to be filed at the latest next week Friday.

For Newco to emerge successfully out of chapter11, the administration in Uk should be successful. Otherwise CINE will have to go into Chapter7.

Your assuming, Uk administration will go how they have planned. We will only know this once the process starts. There is no other way of knowing this. So come Friday next week and Administration hasn't started, all the clever money will start to assume that their will need to be a shareholders resolution for something (I don't know what but something) so the sp will start to rise and i'll post happy days :-).

And

If administration hasn't begun by end of July, then most will start to thinking a fook up has been made. Governments make fook ups what's a company.

Come Monday, administration could of started so all this is irrelevant.
