This company, is the stupidest company I have ever invested in, I have not a faintest clue what is happening, I normally have a little idea where the company is at and what to expect. Not with this bloody company, they tell you nothing and when they do, they make it up.

Honestly, they really need to start communicating better, or that is how they pull the wool over our eyes.

This will rise very fast, once seller is done. Only managed to get one sell quote all day and I'm sat at my computer pressing the button every 5 minutes lol. None of them trades are a sell. lets see what gets printed at the end of the day, we might be getting a TR1 next couple of days. imho dyor

I stand corrected, just done a dummy sell, got a quote for the first time today for 35p.

Been doing dummy buys and sells all day, not managed to get a quote for a sell, not even once. So all those trades are buys. There must be one huge sell the mm's are filling, is my guess. Anyone could shed some light on it for me, I'm really curious. Every day is a school day. :-)

Its looking like just one large seller, Once the seller is done this should rise. Are we in a closed period or can the directors buy? A director bought last month and paid nearly three times the current price. The rns doesn't justify this huge drop, however we are living through some strange economic times.

giantsquid, in my experience, companies never warn you to get out, the narcissistic b45t4rdss just fook you with out warning. There is a lot to play for here, many twists and turns to come. imho

Loads of folks on here sold day before and yesterday, expecting to buy back cheaper. It didn't materialise lol. You can tell who the folks are, just by their posts today. There is nothing new in that rns. Slate of films will improve substantially from November.

There are loads of new movies coming to cinema, end of this year. second half of 2022, there is a good chance we might break even, then back to profit next year. It's all about the film slate, that will improve significantly from November. I'm happy to be invested, glad I bought the dip. I'm here to make money not friends.

Wolf, the debtors don't have a personal vendetta against Cineworld or the G brothers, all they want is their money back, so what they are going to do is, the best way to get their money back. Now think about that before you start letting Cineplex just walk off with regal lol, they paid 3.5 billion for it 5 years ago.

Simple question for you, What is the best way the debtors are going to get their money back?
You are over valuing Cineworld's assets and under valuing the debt they have.
Cineplex's deal with Cineworld's debtors will favour Cineworld, they owe most of the debt, the debtors will be stupid to damage Cineworld, in favour of cineplex. It's obvious mate, where this is going, I better quickly order that range rover for the wife, for xmas. :-)

Wolf, cineplex are in a weak position here, they have just been shafted twice, they might not last 6 months. They are in financial trouble also, any deal done will benefit cineworld in my honest opinion.

Hexam, you might as well consider the case has been halted permanently, courts always give a rough timeframe, has a timeframe been given?
This is the reason why cineplex have approached cineworld lenders and offered a practically winning deal for cineworld. You can read it how you want, this is the reality. Let’s see how the market reacts to it.

Wolf, Uk part of the business, is the most profitable. It would be good for cine, if they can offload regal to cp with the regal debt in this current climate, but I doubt that is what is going to happen. CP approached cineworld debtors and they basically want them to do something with them In part of the cineworld deal. We know nothing, so only guessing. It’s all speculation, till something has been confirmed. One thing is for sure, if cineplex is part of some sort of deal, it’s really good for cine.

Wolf, this article I posted earlier has it as positive, how have you found negativity in the story. You have to remember if true cineplex have approached cine's lenders, cine's lenders are after getting their money back, they have no personal hatred towards cine, unlike you lol. If they manage to do the deal, their definitely will be no newco, cineplex will get a good chunk of cine's debt in exchange for Regal. They could also do a placing to raise 500 million to see them through the next couple of years, cineplex has a mktcap of 596 million, easily raise 500 million to a billion.
