Many on this board will remember the not so good times with this share, in fact, the dire times, of little, if any, recognition for what we have, despite our CEO and others shouting from the rooftops. Earnest Giles suffered badly!!. I am reminded of the painful ramp prior to NM pulling the plug and the catastrophic fall that followed. Those who managed to keep the faith are being rewarded thanks to our management and the Newcrest Joint Venture. Let us hope that there are no unforeseen pitfalls in the near future to cause a repeat and the gold in ground figures are nicely proven up, in time. I remember GH saying, deadly seriously, he wanted to make GGP the biggest Gold Exploration Company (presumably in the world). With all our other projects in the pipeline, some comparable to Havierion, we hope with his moneytisation plans, it will come to pass and GGP keeps its stand alone status long term or, at least, its name as a major player. It would be good, if we, with possibly a partner, eventually were able to prove up parts of the huge Ernest Giles in 5 to 15 years time- I will not around then but its nice to dream. This was not meant to be a ramp but a reminder to keep ones feet on the ground at this time but maybe the facts do speak for themselves. Good luck all.

You just cannot trust any valuations etc on Aim as every day. trades are mis-reported. Today some trades not reported on BRD but reported on NEX and Vice-versa. I know one is reported as a sell when it is a buy and there are probably others. It does not matter finacially in the end with this share as it only minor/relatively values involved but others the impacts/confusion can be large. The FCA/London Stock Exchange should clean up AIM confusion as its a joke and as future transactions may involve more worldwide stock markets after BREXIT It must be embarrassing to The LSE and Politicians involved in potential trade deals etc.

Yes, I am surprised by not much buying so far leading up to anticipated good results. Most I think are holding steady to wait and see. The MMs are still able to make a market even on the generally lower value (often incorrectly assigned) trades probably reflecting the low market cap. Hopefully it will be a good week next week if & when the RNS is released.

It's best not to try and understand-just accept another tree shake on way unless overridden by top news.

MM's cannot override the inevitability of all these plays and I wonder where we will be in 3-5yrs.

Current expectations are positive with the majority happy to see this rise initially slowly (as has been the recent case) but pick up pace towards the Newcrest Quarterly Report and then maybe re value upwards dependent on circumstances.
Playing 'devils advocate' what may be the market makers thinking? If they think it will go that way they may be keen to try a significant tree shake to try and get hold of more stock so they are not so short if the demand really increases. If that were so the most likely time would be when the expected fairly imminent RNS update is released. We know they like doing this by past history regardless of content of the RNS and I think its a well oiled process. To long term holders we ignore these attempts and are not freaked into selling but to recent holders who have just bought in it can be a shock to go into a loss situation so soon after purchase and some do sell. out. Its just a reminder that things do not always go smoothly on Aim. Keep your feet on the ground and your wits about you. I'm still learning!!
I thank the likes of Paddygall and others whose research and 'sharing of' has been top notch and believe that this will come good sometime soon regardless.

Its interesting that my 2 small buys at 111.00 (only 1p above above the sell price of 110.00) at the time are not showing on HL or LSE under BRD.
If however you look at NEX for BRD, ie Ticker BRD.GB.PL on LSE (Key that into share price search to view) you can see the missing trades. But they show as sells as do other unseen trades on HL which may be buys or sells at 110.00 or 111.000. Its never a good idea to monitor trades as it is highly inaccurate information subject to MMs manipulation/other factors but its an extra insight into missing trades not reported on HL or LSE (ticker BRD). I don't pretend to understand NEX.

Thanks for the clarification, i must have missed that. I may have been a little out with dates and may have incorrectly assumed that later reports were the basic work of Adam but I am encouraged that production/recovery and sales seem to be on target or above for Q4 and full year. I have been slowly increasing my not very large holding in anticipation as has a few others. As we all know big trees grow from little seeds.

Its been a long decade for Greatland through all its ups and downs and whilst I've only been in for the last few years or so it's been a bumpy ride. Now the green shoots are undeniably there I just hope that nature allows its reward during this coming decade and that our Aussie friends who recently have/or are losing everything will recover and eventually thrive.
I hope the Aussie Gov't will launch a worldwide appeal to help which i am sure would be Greatly supported by us.

Re your price prediction entries list It may be a few are not showing. My entry was 0.95 but is not showing on 3 or 4 lists ie tue 10.59, 23/12,17/12 and 16/12.
It is however showing on the 02/12 list and 2 other lists around that time.
For some reason it has dropped off since.
It is not greatly important to me as my prediction was based on things not going smoothly as is often the case (sadly) but longer term this will be momentous. I was only reminded of this list because another member posted he was in the running.
Sorry If this causes you a lot of work but I would be happy to forget it.

It is noticeable that updates on large diamonds recovered and any other general grade updates have completely ceased. This coincides with the abrupt resignation of Adam Waugh Non Executive director on the 19th September 2019 for which no reason was given. Given Adam Waughs' previous support for the recovery/forward expansion plans it is strange that Mike Houston has not published any indication of who was to take over his duties and prepare quarterly reports etc in the future? and has allowed this non reporting to continue.
With the next quarterly report being due within a couple of weeks it would be good if shareholders were updated on the current position. I hope there are no nasty shocks on the way to get in the way of good news.

A Merry Xmas to the B'rst'd MMs who just reduced price (increased spread to 1.65 to 1.75) on HL on the back of recent buying. Shame has no mercy for this lot.

Give the poor guy a break. Finding the time to get an accurate RNS done by his staff & authorisation/sign off when you been to IOW, Overseen New sidetrack Clean Up (possibly many minor problems to overcome) and subsequent flow tests, possibly to include christmas / new year working plans also. He cannot just say alls OK on twitter. The Trolls would have a field day if RNS was less than perfect. I expect he's working his socks off. Patience until he's ready.
