Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
So let’s analyse this closely. The revenue goes down; the share price goes down. The revenue goes up; the share price goes down. The actors go on strike and the share price goes down. The actors go back to work and the share price goes down. Is there a common thread here. Yes. Whatever happens, the share price will always go down. There is basically no hope for this share.
Think so far ITV are handling the Committee’s questions very well
Looks as if all brokers are increasing their forecasts. Deutschmark Bank from hold to buy and price from 90p to 107p
I think when people realise the amazing content, which is continually growing, the numbers will really take off
The content on ITVX is amazing. In addition to ITV programmes it has all the classic BBC programmes. Don’t like to admit it but I have been watching all the old Charlie Sheen Two and a Half Men and they are so funny. In my humble opinion, ITV is so undervalued, particularly when you consider the great position ITV Studios is in. It should really reflect the fair value of the share which is almost double where it is now.
Think all the cost of investment in ITVX is paying off. Of course this will bring down profit in the short term but will will reap rewards in the future. Studios also performing so well. All in all, ITV is on track and the share price should reflect that.
Just watched Litvinenko and there were plenty of adverts
Interesting Barclays have increased forecast from 70p to 80p.
3p seems a little on the high side given a company that only has an operating profit of around £500m
Excellent post by Carrington. Has hit it on the head.
Can’t see any problems with ITVX. Infact I think it is very good. Can’t believe the percentage of negative posts on Trip Advisor - something very fishy there!
Why on earth would ITV sell their Studios arm. It makes no sense at all.
The third quarter for advertising was always going to be poor. It is the fourth quarter where ITV will make most revenue due to Christmas, I’m a Celebrity and the World Cup. I would be surprised if the full year didn’t show a large increase in revenue and profits. I actually watched a bit of I’m a Celebrity last night and was amazed by the number of adverts. Don’t know how much they pay but ITV must really be raking it in.
Just an ex divi day
Ex divi tomorrow
In my humble opinion, if ITV’s net profit was half what it is, and likely to be , the share price would still be ridiculously low. In the medium to longer term, this share price should at least double.
Please correct me if I’m wrong but so far as I can see, Crispus Nyanga , who wrote the article which Tom quotes, lives in Nairobi and has no experience in the media sector.
Whatever anybody says, this share is grossly undervalued and is being held down by market manipulation. In time it will bounce back and fingers will be burnt
The shorters will have their fun in the sun manipulating the share price to an unrealistic value based on all the fundamentals. However, the time will certainly come when something will make the share price rocket and we will be laughing at the shorters all the way to the Bankruptcy court.
