MC was also posting a clip front the US version of The Office on twitter so maybe he is just bored or needs something to do during squeaky bum time aka the sale process. Also he obviously wants to try to keep upwards momentum on the share price and no one likes radio silence, well at least he is enhancing his social media skills in the meantime.

I was reading the other forum. There are some conspiracy theories on there eg the assets will be sold for 50m and cash split between management. It seems none of the posters on there can write fully formed sentences, however, so may use that as a guide. My feeling is the truth for this company is in the middle of the derampers there and the rampers here. But I do think the outcome of this sales process could be a good indicator of whether we are at thevstart of a gold bull run for juniors or not.

Yes I'd eat my hat if Calibre were not one of the non binding bidders. How on earth would they not want it! I suspect their offer however has been low ball so Condor obvious need to get other bids going but I imagine Condor would favour a sale to Calibre at the right price as the logistics and handover would be simple.

As predicted the FED indicated this is the last rate hike. Good for gold. US banking issues very good for gold. Now the pog firmly settled above 2k.
Juniors were sold off as the markets waited for confirmation now they will tick up nicely and at a faster rate than the pog.

And my opinion is that the FED are now terrified of more banking problems so will indicate this will be the last rate rise. That will be the sign gold miners have been looking for to move up once more whilst the price of gold stabilises long term above 2k.

Quite a few junior gold miners down today. No idea why given the pog but lots of traders waiting to see what the FED suggests re rates and sitting on the sidelines.

Just comparing this share with the price of gold over the last 60 days there is a pretty exact correlation. Same with some other gold juniors.
Gold is trying to break above 2k. Lots of traders waiting for direction from the Fed this week, lots of economic news coming through. So I think it's all on pause for the moment. But the problems with usa banking system remain a good support for both pog and this share.

I'm in two minds about JM and his pumping of his shares. I dont think him cynical when he starts out, instead if something doesn't go to plan, he uses his leverage to protect himself and put him first in line to cover any losses. This is what anyone would do given the financial resource. I have a higher opinion of MC than many on here.

Condor was founded 2006 right? Basically at the tail end of a commodities supercycle. Gold miners have been in the toilet since then and that is probably the best explanation for the strategic zig zapping as its hard to get any startup going in a bear market.
Hopefully we are at the start of a new gold bull market and that can bring a good sale over the line.

It's pulling too many strokes down the years which is the real reason the market cap is what it is.

As someone who has followed JMs investments down the years I can assure you not all of them have worked out. But as he pumps them on master investor its normally the plebs that invest in them that lose out whilst mellon is kicking back in ibiza.
Re condor, I doubt the Nicaraguan government will just let it sit there so they have to sell condor or start producing. To do the latter they either need a massive rally in gold to raise funds from institutions to finance or they go back to the shareholders most of whom just want to get out of it. Mellon and MC also not getting any younger. The company will be sold the big unknown is the price. I suspect the non binding offers are around 100m to 150m and they are trying to get a bidding war going to get it upto 200m minimum for a sale.

Hard to see this reaching 40p without more news. May trade around 30 to 34p in the meantime.
