RE: SELL8 Sep 2023 09:01
The current volume and its changes are clear to me. They suggest distributing the shares since the failed breakout of the £32 level.
Support levels are also known.
Financial situation: As I wrote, the upcoming necessary investments, the growing costs of green transformation, high inflation - all this means that the financial reserves and revenues generated by Wizzair are insufficient. Borrowing costs at this stage for this sector of the economy and for Wizzair exceed 10% per year. In addition, there is the management board's policy towards shareholders and the actions of the Hungarian government. With limited income and expensive external financing, it seems increasingly necessary to carry out a new share issue. And the stock price only follows the above situation. And I guess it's not just my concerns about where the company will get the money for its widely described investment plans. A share price in the range of £17.5-£18.5 is a clear answer to these concerns, although if a new issue takes place, its scale will result in a much greater decline in the value of the shares.
I am sorry for my English, but isn't my first language.
