I completely agree with you about Liberty Global. This is precisely what I've discussed many times with a much smaller group of friends – investors seriously invested for a couple years in ITV shares (if a few million shares are even considered serious). And the result has always been different, sometimes strange, views but similar conclusions, sometimes supported by more than just speculation. The basic conclusion was : Liberty Global is blocking all external transformations, trying to lower the ITV share price while seeking to acquire the studio for next to nothing. At the same time, it's not blocking ITV's decision-making in the areas of development and restructuring, strengthening the current management team. Dame's stance, blocking the sale of assets before the restructuring is completed and below its value, is unacceptable from his perspective. However, he can't make broader changes to the Management Board without significant support while her work is bearing fruit, so he's waiting. We, as minority shareholders, must accept this, accumulate ITV shares, and wait to see what happens. When ITV's profits increase, Liberty Global will be forced to make a decision. Today, we can say we were right. It's foolish to believe that Mr. M. and Liberty Global will lose on this transaction. ITV has been given a chance to realistically value its business. And contrary to popular belief, this no longer has to involve selling its assets. The market has woken up, recognized the opportunity, and the competition has become fearful. Everyone realizes that the scale of ITV's operations, so inadequate to its absurd share valuation, could have a significant impact on both the European media and advertising market and on players like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney. Furthermore, the current and projected profit levels create the potential for a quick return on investment – including for all types of hedge funds and private investment. This must also have an impact on the price. Time is running in ITV's favor. The potential value of the transaction should exceed the expectations of many present.
