This is a group of accounts, trolls or "people" who do not contribute nothing to discussion on ITV forum, that use invective and vulgar language as standard, lies and half-truths as a way to engage in discussion (often taking advantage of their multi-account kingdom), typical loosers, or people trying to present their political views or promote investments in other stocks, such as ITV. Our Tomalley combines all these features...

Moreover, to be honest, I find it much more pleasant to invest in the 76-80 pence range than around £1, especially in a heated stock market where large fluctuations are the norm, a single press article can trigger an explosion, and there are several growing uncertainties in the macro environment. I'm bringing this to your attention considering the modest over £9k coming from dividends and another few thousand that will be available and ready to buy ITV shares on November 25th. And of course very important - there's the budget the next day, which could cause some turmoil in the stock markets... So, for me, cheap doesn't mean bad. Of course, our trolls have their own opinions on the matter. I regularly update their list (I'll post it in another post soon). And one more thing. For some time now, I've been observing the increasingly burdensome investment bubbles in the Gold, BC, and AI markets. It looks like Venezuela will be another threat; the market will explode soon. When?? Knowing life, things will get heated over one the some weekend .... This should be taken into account, also because it provides opportunities to buy discounted, select company shares.

As I mentioned, nothing will happen overnight regarding SKY. A potential takeover approval from ITV will require months of negotiations. We probably won't see the details until March. Of course, we can also expect that competitors will likely reach out in the meantime and will announce interest in this transaction. This will certainly raise expectations regarding the negotiated valuation. Remember, the outlook for the coming year is very good for the entire UK industry, and especially for ITV due to the World Cup. Therefore, these few months will actually increase ITV's valuation and our negotiating position, and consequently, the need for interested parties to make their purchase offers realistic. In my opinion, without any moves from competitors, the minimum acceptable offer range is £2.1-2.3 billion. However, since the buyer will likely automatically secure first-mover rights to acquire STUDIO too, I believe the upper limit is at least £2.5-3 billion. This is acceptable even without STUDIO, assuming the projected revenue and profit growth expected from ITVX in 2026-2027. Returning to the current movement in ITV's share price, miracles are unlikely until the budget is presented, unless another bidder emerges (or someone knows more than the market). I believe the typical shorts positions on ITV shares has been closed (I've already written about this). What remains in the market are mostly positions securing existing shares. As developments develop and confirm the validity of the offer, these positions should also practically disappear. If new positions emerge, it would only be if the market price of the shares began to spiral into insanity, exceeding unrealistic and unacceptable levels. However, it's difficult to predict where the "ceiling" is. If STUDIO also appears in the offering, a valuation of £2.50-3.00 per ITV share isn't far-fetched and is real.. And now, as usual, long-term investors are patiently waiting, while the mob, speculators, and local trolls are screaming that it's too slow and too little, or without any sense and will finished with nothing. First, the Divi payout (which, in my opinion, has little impact on the price given the total value), then the budget which able to open a road to £1. In the meantime, champagne is in the fridge and... we wait. I think the situation will begin to clarify in the first half of December (executives of potential competitors, wanting to stay in the game, will likely want to make their first move before the end of the year and the Christmas break).

£2.5 billion isn't enough if we thinking up to next two years.

For now, the stock's performance and shareholders deserves praise, as it attempts to build a cushion against tomorrow's negative financial data, or perhaps a springboard for share price growth if the pessimism proves excessive. We'll see. In any case, if you don't have a position in the stock or are short, it's worth exercising caution and observing what tomorrow morning brings.

If my pessimism isn't too far-fetched, the current short open interest in Wizz Air shares suggests a potential decline with a bottom of -30 to -40%. A drop from over 6% to around 1.5% shorts, followed by a subsequent recovery of another 1% – already as a hedge against the stock position (an increase from the bottom of 15-20%) – should be a strong buy signal given the emerging uptrend. Without a recovery in shorts position, we'll likely see price stabilization, significant fluctuations, and the wait for concrete financial information from Wizz Air.

Anyway, I hope that I am to pessimistic and good luck for the real shareholders.

Observing today's attempts to maintain the share price, I think we're looking at a close of 990-1000p. Tomorrow, after the official financial data, in an optimistic scenario for shareholders, we see a close of up to 1120p, while in a pessimistic scenario, which I consider more likely, a drop to at least 920p, with a continuation of the downward trend in the coming days.

Disregarding the significance of large, weighty short positions is not only standard practice on this forum. I suggest examining how this relates to price growth based on the latest weekly changes, using ITV as an example. It's worth observing and drawing conclusions from the opposite situation, approximately 5-6 years ago, when the overall level of these positions increased dramatically, causing a price collapse, which hasn't recovered up to today.

Our time has come, regardless of the negotiations with SKY. Let's do what we've been doing for a long time - let's take advantage of the opportunity to accumulate ITV shares at the market price, let's enjoy the dividend, let's stay calm, let's not give in to rumors or stupid "experts" share undervaluation. The whole confusion surrounding ITV won't end before 6-9 months. However, regardless of the outcome, it will bring a significant increase in ITV's valuation. Overall, the market has matured to a more realistic valuation of both ITV and all the entire sector (which has so far been omitted in assessments due to the position of big tech) both content creation and multimedia and advertising in Europe. The size and quality of ITV guarantees us all a realistic valuation to at least £1.5-1.8 or higher - if any ITV takeover will be completed. The current correction and ITV share price increase is primarily a panic-stricken flight of short positions unsecured in Shares held and those betting on declines. This is likely accompanied by the closing of some long-term shorts securing the shares held (as they are no longer needed). Adding to this the new, newly created demand, we should reach a level of around £1 or slightly above in the coming weeks. Then we'll likely see consolidation, significant up-and-down movements, "lemon squeezing"—and, on top of that, information pressure from our trolls. In the near term, the budget is crucial, as it could be the source of a correction if the ITV share price soars too high. From a long-term strategy perspective, however, this doesn't change the strong upward trend that began a few months ago. So, once again, PATIENCE. Let those who lacked faith and missed the opportunity, those who were fearful and those who are hope for a quick profit, bleed. They are always suffer long-term losses or achieve profits below the market average.

As for ITV, he's been spitting on the current CEO for years, his tongue awash with every conceivable invective and insult flowing from his lips.
